I'm honestly so disappointed I have to change my original 5 star 🌟 review to a 2 🌟! My boyfriend and I ordered from the $1.99 menu and it's always been worth the cheap price for how good the burgers usually are. But for some reason this last time, we were given the most salty, greasy, over seasoned with garlic powder burgers! Not to mention they weren't even on the Texas toast bread they were supposed to come on, just some overly soggy regular hamburger buns, that were also over seasoned with garlic for some reason. If I didn't live so far away, I would've returned that food immediately and demanded for my money back! Needless to say we will not be eating here again anytime soon which is really a disappointment bcuz it used to be one of favorite burger drive thrus! Sidenote:. Always check your food order here before leaving!

It took these people 20 mins to bring out tots and a small drink. Mind you there were no other cars when I got here. But 2 cars recieved there food before me that pulled up and ordered after my order was placed. Never again will I come to this location.

Drove up at 10:16 pm and the lights were still on. As soon as we entered the drive thru, the lights turned off. Online hours posted state open until 11 pm. Other experiences all with issues surrounding wait times and also acknowledgement of someone who is waiting to order. Doesn't matter if it's drive thru or not, you'll generally wait at least 10 or 15 minutes before they even answer your call.

This location is just slow in the evening. We were there earlier in the week around 4 and it took 30 minutes to get our chilie cheese tots and a corn dog. While other people pulled in after us and they got their orders before us. The person beside us got a burger combo and some chicken bites in roughly less than 12 minutes. At the 25 minute mark I pushed the button and asked did they have an ETA on my order and I was told to wait just a few more minutes. No I'm sorry for the wait or nothing. So today I decided to door dash it and was that a bad idea.i order it at 435 and as of 520 it wasn't ready. The dasher was there on time and was waiting. At 530 the dasher wanted to know if I still wanted the order. At 540 I was notified that the dasher had the order and was on the way. This is ridiculous. I do not recommend this location in the evenings.

The food is really good, if they get it correct. I'm allergic to mayo, and I've had to get it corrected numerous times even after I request nicely I have an allergy. My daughter got two corn dogs and one was cold on the inside, when I called and informed the lady that answered she just huffed and told us to come back (20 minute drive because of traffic, no thank you). It is fun to be able to sit outside and enjoy the weather, but watch out for your server! My husband asked for a packet of marinara sauce and the boy no joke went in, came back and threw it on the table. It fell on the ground and I just laughed because dang was he irritated.

Parking: You've always got shade, watch where the sun is though it you'll go blind.

Idk what changed but place is 180 from last visit. Lady at the drive through was EXTREMELY polite and respectful and food was fast, hot and delicious.

Ordered door dash delivery, I got a double bacon cheeseburger and onion rings, they both were terrible, greasy burger and onion rings tasted like they were made in week old grease!!!! Never again!!!!!

Tried giving this Sonic another shot, can't really say I've had a good experience from them though... I either get incorrect food or am missing items, drive through speaker still not fixed (or was it the drive through employee having an air pod in their other ear that they couldn't hear me) but they do have fancy new signage and menus! I'm sure that my burger would have been remade if I went back, but when you get home and open it up expecting to see what you ordered and end up having to throw it away instead... it just sucks.

Pitiful customer service. Young guy working drive through on Wednesday 7/24 around 9:30 pm talking rude to customers and using racial slurs. Hope the owners see this and follow up appropriately. Never will go back again.
