Sonic Drive-In

I ordered the pretzel bacon double burgers combo and not only did they forget a whole burger in the order, they didn’t even give us the right pretzel bun, just a regular bun, and there was hardly any bacon or fried onions on it. The lack of attention was ridiculous and I had to drive back for my whole burger that wasn’t in the bag. I love sonic food but today was one of those days that just showed their lack of care. I don’t ever write reviews so you know it’s bad when I take the time to complain. I also tried to call and nobody answered the phone and after 10 tries I gave up on that. Just kept going to voicemail. Next time I go I will be talking to the manager in person. Not being a Karen and complaining for nothing. But I don’t mind voicing my complaints when needed.

Went to grab a milkshake. They gave me ice cream in a cup and charged $1.50 more than the menu price. I wanted m&m mixed in to it and they just put them on top. I also was asking the differences in products and the lady said, “they’re milkshakes.” Didn’t even greet us or help. Very rude and disappointing.

Fire the white male with tattoos and all the other young workers you hire. I visited the Sonic in Boiling Springs, SC, and ordered cheese tater tots. A sonic classic. My tots came out cold, and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. I asked politely if it could be remade, but instead of preparing a fresh order, the male employee brought back the same cold tots with additional cold cheese added on top. The interaction was extremely unprofessional, and it didn’t seem as though there was much care about fixing the issue. I was disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service during this visit. I hope management can hire new employees who actually care about food quality. This Sonic will not get another dime of my money, and it shouldn't get yours unless something changes.

Ya know, teams have “bad days” and don’t perform as they should. This location on the other hand gives poor service, wrong orders, and bad quality food each and every time that I go there. Too many chances and wasted dollars. Lots of other burgers in town.

Straight up not going to lie. I don't care for this place. But the smash burgers looked so good on tv so I stopped and tried them. I really liked them. Burger was very good and I'll definitely try their other burgers

The guy that took our order was very rude! He does not need to be working with the public! He was very unprofessional and disrespectful. But the guy that brought our food out was very nice. Oh and the food was terrible!!

Sat there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. Only a few other customers there. Went inside to ask if the speaker wasn't working or something and the 10 employees inside were all walking around in circles. Went back out to retry and still no one took my order.

The restroom looks like someone lives in it.The waste can was overflowing and there was a shirt and a pair of pants in the floor!You know some employees used it and just left the mess!!!

My 3 year old niece was served moldy bread. Also the 16 year old manager needs to be fired. She’s obviously a joke.

Completely disgusting. Ordered a lunch burger that was literally floating in grease. Unfortunately I didn't open it until I got back to work and couldn't eat it. The fries were cold, extremely cold and I the bread was mush due to sitting in the container full of grease.
