Always a great time at this starbucks! Friendly staff, always trying to get the job done despite being slammed and sometimes understaffed. I think it takes someone who has been in the service industry before to actually understand how difficult working with the public can be at times.
Love the hard workers that are here, here’s to hoping everyone else see that too!

I had a mobile order I put in, to be picked up in the drive thru but the line was wrapped around the building so I thought it would be easier to just run in and grab it. As I approach the counter, I proceeded to say just that and was rudely cut off with “what’s the name?” By a man with long hair behind the counter. I paused and continued my sentence to then be cut off again with the same question. I told him the name. He then abruptly turned around and put my drinks into a to go carrier and rather than handing them to me (standing there waiting), puts them on the far end of the counter. And walks away. No “have a good day” or “thank you”, nothing. I’ve worked/managed customer service and this is embarrassing. Although, lately it seems this is the culture of Starbuck’s employees so not surprising — professionalism is not very common anymore.
They prioritize the drive thru over walk in customers, you’ll be waiting a while to get served inside use drive thru if you can. Some employees are really good and hard working some are just spaced out and don’t know anything. Also the place is filthy and looks like it’s never been cleaned tables are super sticky and nasty.
This Starbucks consistently lacks essential items. The shortages are constant, varying from one item to another. Nearby locations seem to manage their inventory effectively, unlike this one. Given the high demand in this growing area, sufficient stock should be readily available to satisfy every customer. Customer satisfaction is key to repeat business. Furthermore, improved customer service at the drive-thru window is crucial. Remember, a customer's attitude often mirrors the service they receive. While you aren't obligated to provide exceptional service beyond the transaction, neither is the customer obligated to return to a location with subpar service, as their money can be spent elsewhere. Therefore, I strongly recommend management training for the staff.

every time I have been to this location, I have been in shock of the rudeness from the people working here. On three separate occasions, a cashier has had an attitude issue for simple orders and do not represent the starbucks brand at all. Never had issues at a different locations with cashiers.

Very disappointed today, I got a tall iced white mocha & the cup barely had any coffee maybe half full. On top of that I paid $8 dollars.

this is my go-to starbucks because it's close to home. the staff are always wonderful! This review is specifically for the closing staff, their service is always 5/5 stars! :) They're the loveliest, their service is quick, etc.

Ordered four drinks, Carmel macchiato tasted like water and milk foam. Orders were all messed up. Other drinks were all off and did not sure like the usual Starbucks drinks.
