While you aren't obligated to provide exceptional service beyond the transaction, neither is the customer obligated to return to a location with subpar service, as their money can be spent elsewhere. Therefore, I strongly recommend management training for the staff.

every time I have been to this location, I have been in shock of the rudeness from the people working here. On three separate occasions, a cashier has had an attitude issue for simple orders and do not represent the starbucks brand at all. Never had issues at a different locations with cashiers.

Ordered four drinks, Carmel macchiato tasted like water and milk foam. Orders were all messed up. Other drinks were all off and did not sure like the usual Starbucks drinks.
