They dont have big bottles of apple juice to make my drink so I assume you are inside ingles market that sells plenty of apple juice but they couldn't do that. But they do have little individual apple juice boxes so I asked if they could use those?? We'll of course that would have to be an extra charge of $2.95 each! I'm a paying customer why should I have to pay for apple juice that you should already have in stock?? No thanks!

The service was great and the drinks ordered was good, but they do not scan your QR code on Starbucks app. They said they are owned by Ingles and do not associate with the starbucks app. Plus they do not have a full menu as a regular Starbucks so that is why I gave 3 stars.

The manager is such a friendly girl. The staff was all smiles ?Made a coffee for me that was out of this world. I usually don't care for Starbucks,but this place definitely changed my opinion... ???

The teenagers here are slow and rude. I ordered a medicine bomb a few weeks ago..I had to make sure my cashier was making my drink since she was too busy talking to some guy that showed up..It took about 10-15 minutes to get my drink after paying and there were no other customers waiting. It also wasn't a complicated drink..it took all of 2 minutes to make-I know this because I watched it being made.

Friendly staff, pleasant environment. Very popular location and sometimes there is a small weight, which is to be expected. Overall it’s a great vibe here.
I went here regularly but I can’t figure this out. Every time I order 2 iced coffees one of them tastes like perfume…it’s actually like the passion fruit tea concentrate or something? Idk where they keep their cups that it gets contaminated but I’m tellin ya it’s EVERY TIME I order 2 ??♀️ if it weren’t for that honestly I’d go there all the time. So weird.

This location is the absolute WORST Starbucks EVER!! 9 out of 10 times I order they are out of whatever it is I order. It’s always we are out of white chocolate, pumpkin spice, peppermint etc. Seriously who is out of pumpkin spice this time of year??
