I went through the drive thru to order 2 pepperoni and cheese dippers and 2 chicken and cheese dippers ! The pictures made me want to order them! They were supposed to be a footlong each! When I got home and took each one out of the bag and each bag had 2 in them! That is not a footlong each! Then I looked at each one! They didn't look anything like the pictures on the menu! I had to look very hard to find only a very small amount of meat and cheese! In other words I was looking at mostly bread! I was very disappointed in the dippers that I ordered because I expected them to be more like the pictures on the menu! I am not a big bread eater but when I ate one of them all I got was mostly bread! What a Disappointment! Subway is usually great ! This product is a real bust! I will never order this again it wasn't worth the money!

Hire young workers but hire young workers that can read. Incorrect orders, poor management, no signs of improvement. Tierd of wasting our money here, suggest you don't do the same.

Got there 20 minutes before closing drive thru was closed so I went in there was no food why have the doors open everything was broken down and they told me they weren't making nothing else

Ordered on line a 6-in cold cut. I thought it's supposed to come with ham. Salami and bologna sandwich looked very thin. Had no ham on it. And the young lady just tossed my sandwich up on the counter. Didn't say thank you. Have a nice day. Nothing and walked away. Definitely not great customer service that I've had in the past.

Ordered at the touch screen, paid at the window. Waited 17 minutes after paying for a worker to come to the window and ask me what my online order was. I explained that I ordered at the touch screen and somebody just took my payment. Still waited an additional 15 minutes just to end up having to get a refund. Smh, please upgrade the management
