So disappointed! I ordered 4 subs on the app to pickup on my way home. I was in Spartanburg when I ordered. App said my order would be ready by 3:15, which was 20 min out. I get there at 3:20, only to be ignored. So finally I got someone’s attention. Told them I had done an online order and my name. They came back and said they had just started my order. So I wait 15 min and then ask another employee who says she will check. She goes back there and then comes out to do someone else’s order and then tells me after she’s done that order, that they are doing the last sub now. Finally, after almost 10 more min, my order comes out. I take it home, and every sub was wrong. The receipt with the order was attached to the bag and it’s like they didn’t even care to see what we wanted on our subs. I’m so upset about this. Of course, there was no manager there, just a bunch of kids.

Store closes at 10pm. Arrived at 9:25 tonight and was told they were closed. Guy behind the counter had already put all food away. Open sign still illuminated and hours on doors showing 10pm close time.

This location is going downhill in regards to quality. Toppings have become less and less each time I go. I go less and less as well. It won't be long before I can no longer call myself a customer of this location.

Management needs to get control if this location. The two employees making sandwiches are talking on the phone with friends and not listening to customers. Sandwich was first made incorrectly. Then the cashier was giggling with somebody and charged me incorrectly.

Picked up 2 ham and turkey subs today. Got home and there was no turkey on the sandwich... only ham. I guess I'll have to start unwrapping them to check what's inside before I pull out of the drive thru.
