Fruit is fresh and portions are huge, really good taste

If I could give a zero I would however I give it a one. My girlfriend and I came in and as I filled my cup the owner was watching me and started to talk to me but I wasn’t sure what she was saying. When adding my toppings she kept staring at me like I was making a mess but the business is self serve so messes are going to happen. She said the yogurt is priced by the weight, I assumed it would be $5-7 dollars since last time I came I got the exact same thing and it was $6 however this time she changed me $10!

It seemed like the whole “weigh” thing for the yogurt is inaccurate and just a scam. She seemed to just type random numbers on the screen for prices. I was overcharged by a lot and I’m very disappointed and will not come back again.

We visited here when coming in from out of town seeing family 2 weeks ago. The kids were excited because we don't have frozen yogurt in our town, sadly. When we entered there were 2 young guys in front of us. Lady popped out of nowhere & watched us making our cups & then tried to get us to do extra toppings ( I get it, it's how they add $ to their profit ) She was polite, it seemed as we didn't speak much. Not sure how they do their flavors, but almost all of them said "tart" & those flavors just weren't appealing for myself or the 4 kids I had with me. Can't really think of anything negative, just felt.... Odd....

Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions like me, it's always hard to find sweets to enjoy ? I wasn't able to choose much ( which isn't anything new for myself )

Parking: Plenty of parking out front.

Wheelchair accessibility: This is not a wheelchair friendly establishment. Unless there's a rear entrance with a ramp, there's only stairs.

Me and my friends came to this place for a sweet treat, right when we got into the building we smelled something strange then this mean Asian lady appeared behind us and watched us get our yogurt and tried to convince us to buy more, she did that at the toppings as well. They had a lot of flavors to choose but none of them were that good, the fruit at the toppings looked concerning. And while we were eating I found a hair in my yogurt. Overall this place is sketchy and I will not be coming back.

Love that I have a classic yogurt and bubble tea place in the area !!!! Reasonably priced, healthy , clean. Nice attentive sensible human being helping at the counter! Thank you, management too. I value your style....

Have gone twice and both times the lady came out and stared at us filling our cups, at the topping station she will try to push additional toppings on to you even after politely declining, she then watched me tell my toddlers no more toppings & still proceeded to try and add toppings on. The store has a weird smell but was decently clean. It seems they are penny pinchers with signs posted everywhere no sampling, if you drop a cup or yogurt you are charged regardless, my fiancé dropped our spoons and went to throw them away & she demanded he give them to her and would not allow him to toss them.

Love the yogurt, hate the mean Asian lady working there. We were sampling before filling our cups, and she yelled at us. If she's the owner we won't be back, If she's an employee, we will come back when she's gone.

My absolute favorite place to be ! The Bubble Teas are beyond amazing and the owner is literally the best ! She remembers what I order every time and makes me want to come back! Try the Avocado Bubble tea if you stop by!!!!
