I come to this location all the time, especially with my little one. I just went there around 9p to get an all star. I got home, showered, and ready to eat when I noticed my waffle wasn’t in my bag. I went back and the server asked to see my receipt. I showed her and they made a new waffle. I got one of the cook’s attention. She looked and me and said “what?!” Then, she said,” Can you get the customer a the register” so I asked the server for another waffle for the inconvenience. She said no, ask the management in the morning.
My thing is, I done got out into the cold again, drove across town again, and came in with my hair rollers in all to come pick up food that should have been prepared the first time. Why could you not give me another waffle for the inconvenience. It’s too cold and gas is too high for that type of inconvenience. And it’s now 10:54, and I’m just getting home with my full order.
Food and service was terrific. Felicia stands as great representative for code of conduct and professionalism for Waffle House corporation. Add Mandie to this.

As with all Waffle House locations, it is hit or miss depending on the staff when you go. This Waffle House is a reliable place to eat. I have never had a terrible experience here.

The best waffle house in the upstate! Idk the cook's name and honestly wished I would've asked, but his food is Always ssooo good, day or night! If you go here, TIP THE COOK!!! He deserves it!
