The 2 young kids at the front could absolutely care less about being there and could care even less than that, that there are customers. Order successfully placed at 6:15 pm. Didn’t arrive until 6:45 for the order. Waited until 7:35 for the food. Only to get home and the main reason I even went to wing stop isn’t even in the bag. 100% my fault but in my defense with 34 people waiting there’s not exactly a lot of room to check your order. Everything inside is waffle house sticky and customer trash is piled up to the customer counter. I understand it was 6pm on a Saturday but an hour and twenty minutes for cold hard chicken and missing corn isn’t worth the $90 and definitely not the wait. Just go to ingles and pick up some Tyson’s boneless chicken tbh.

I ordered 30 wings without sauce because I had a long drive home and just asked for the sauce on the side — and they said I have to pay extra for it. Seriously? That’s ridiculous. On top of that, the wings were all greasy and tasted like they’ve been fried in old oil that hasn’t been changed in months. Totally disappointing experience. Never coming back.

Came into Wingstop today around 12:15 to pick up lunch for a coworker first time being in there last time gonna be in there no welcome to Wingstop no acknowledgment no nothing. Had to ask somebody if I could get my order then I had to ask for a drink lid I had to let them know their Dr Pepper was out and when I got back to work with my coworkers food, it was ice cold while standing there waiting to get the food I noticed the sign above stating that no phone calls no pictures will be good enough when people call to complain about their food. What that sign tells me is you people have a lot of complaints because you serve people cold food, but I won’t be one of your customers ever because that customer quality sucks and so does your food.

First time ever at Wingstop. It was great. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. They do not skip on the seasoning.

Servuce was great, typical walk in quick service wing spot, it appeared clean even during their busiest season (football). My family werent fans on the food though. Wings were cooked right, just the sauces werent our favorite. The lemon pepper tasted like a lemon Starburst. The mild lacked buffalo flavor, the garlic parm wasnt a rub or a sauce, it was just garlic butter with parmesean. Not our favorite 😅 the employees were great!

I have only experienced delivery from this WingStop. I have never had a problem with my orders. I often receive emails with some great offers from these guys, especially the free delivery.
My orders have always been accurate, easy to track, and very tasty. The price is also very fair for their food. Compare their wing prices with any of the half dozen pizza places around here that offer wings and you will understand my excitement.
