Terrible customer service! I have never been to this place but they are scammers. They have used my card and when I called to ask for the manager he said why, I asked for his name . The guy on duty TONIGHT hung up. I called back and asked why did you hang up he said because you could be playing I. The phone - ?!!! I asked why is my card being charged and I never came to this store ! He said your boyfriend said the same thing . I said wow- you're joking , you think this is funny? This is a nasty , disturbing person. The owner should be embarrassed.

Best gas prices on the road! We saw other places before and after for 5 to 10 cents more. Today 2/21/23 it was $3.09 for regular. One of the pumps was out of order so we had to move to another one. The store seemed clean, and the bathrooms were fine - paper towels instead of the irritating blow dryers.

We often stop here for gas on our way out of town. Today there was maybe 3 stalls in the bathroom open and it was pretty dirty. The place is always packed.

Finally getting service back I can finish my reviews! So this was a decent spot, a sweet kind man stood by the door opening it for everyone. Which was very sweet, just hated that it was cold outside. Bathrooms definitely needed some work, but totally understandable if they just had a rush. Pumps were cleaned and fast pacing for once. Overall not a bad pull off for pilot.

Wonderful staff at this location. This is our first time stop. The women's restroom smelled of urine & sewage but were pretty kept so the sewer line must be an issue for this station. Has onsite McDonalds, not that I went in there but inly because I don't like their food. Store has great selection of snacks & fountain soda machine.

The Pilot Travel Center in Bowman is one of my favorite places to stop for gas and snacks on Interstate 26 between Charleston and Columbia. It is super easy to get to from the interstate and get what you need and be back on the interstate in little time. This place is clean and well maintained on a consistent basis and seems to have really good gas prices.
