As we were traveling home from Surfside beach, we stopped at this Subway to grab a bite to eat. The staff here is SO GREAT! And there was one employee that stood out. Her name is Jai and her customer service is on another level. Of all of my years of eating at any subway, I have never had an experience as great as the one I had today. Jai is attentive and was able to notice my non verbal cues when taking my order. She was patient with me and served us with a great smile! I wish we lived closer just to get that type of service more often. She is a shining star and I hope her management team knows how great of employee they have. Thank you Jai for all that you do.

Ordered online, arrived when receipts said to arrive,our order was not prepared and had to wait as there where other customers...I paid extra for mozzarella,which was not added to our salad employee was not to enthusiastic at all. Very disappointed as I am a local.

If i could give the subway in brittons neck a 0 i would, their sigb ckearly says open until 10 and i walked up at 930 and they just siitting in there playing around with the doors locked already and laughing when i walked up...smh
I went there today and had one of the best experiences ever!! The food was amazing and they put The PERFECT AMOUNT OF FOOD AND EVERYTHING you want on your sub sandwich The employees were super nice and and very hard working These people and this subway definitely deserves my vote a Perfect ✨5! ✨ ?

Although the ingredients are always fresh and the restaurant is clean, the employees are rude and inconsistent. This is my second time coming to this location and receiving attitude from two separate employees who seem to be managers. I will not be returning to this location, I will drive the extra mile to Florence from now on. Customer service is key!!!
