So tasty! What a delightful place to dine! This restaurant is exactly what Camden has been missing - an upscale restaurant with fantastic food open on the weekends. The food was delicious, perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. The cocktail was just perfect. The staff were friendly and the service was attentive without being intrusive. A perfect addition to town!

The service was excellent and so was the quality of the food. The only issue with the food was that when I told them of my allergy the chef was unaware that black pepper was a peppercorn and my food came out covered in it and I did not realize until after I had already eaten to bite and reacted to it. It was not taken off of my bill and I am not sure how the chef was not aware of what a peppercorn was.

My crew of several ate there 3 or 4 times while we were in Camden. They were very accommodating getting us a large table so we could dine together. The service was great from the entrance to the exit.Food was excellent. Cocktails were great Definitely a place we will go back and looking forward to it..

Everything was superb. Loved the Colson Chicken. Perfectly grilled chicken breast topped with cheese and bacon. My server, Christy was on point and very attentive. I will definitely be returning!

Overall its nice. The issues I had were its labeled as casual dinning but it's pushing fancy fine dining with the servings and price. The food tasted great but the servings were very small and the price was high.Another issue I had yes it's a new place but as I walked in the door my party had reservations and as people see the window seats seem to be the consensus of the most popular place to sit which are booth we told the hostess that we wanted a booth so that we could see the window or sit by the window, two different tables by the windows that were booths were open but we were told there was none available and that there was a booth in the back when they took us to said table with the booth we were literally behind a wall like we were in the kitchen where they prepped the food not even over by where they look at but almost in the closet. We sat down and thankfully we seen a dear friend who was a waiter there and he had the opportunity to speak and could tell by the look on our face that we were not happy so he helped us make arrangements and got us to a table that we were able to sit at a window. As we were dining we noticed that there was two or three different members dressed in business casual suits two men and a lady going around to the different tables asking how was the service how was the dinner so on and so forth to the best of my recollection I don't ever recall any of the three stopping by my table not sure if it was because I complained and got moved to a seating that I wanted to be at or if it was just a common mistake and was overlooked I say all that to say with the price of the meals the Elegance of the dining I would make it more specific as to where the reservations can be made I think since then it has been updated a little better but that may be something that needs to be looked at.

Finally got to try this place and it didn't disappoint! The food was great. The only and I mean only complaint we had was that it was a tad bit tough. The service was good! The environment was probably the best part though. The design of the restaurant is great. Highly recommend the crab cakes and the chicken dinner. A bit expensive for the portions but great food and great place.

Scott, the owner, was directing cleanup of water in the entryway due to the rain outside. Later that evening, he came around and personally talked with us at our table. The smoked wings were delish and the pork chop glaze was awesome! We shall return!

Every time we have visited has been great. We have tried all of the starters—the crab cakes is probably our favorite. We’ve had steak, the pork chop, salmon, shrimp & grits, the snapper and more. All has been great. The service has always been attentive and friendly and the kitchen has always been quick and efficient. Very happy that B.Colson’s has opened their doors in Camden.

Very nice. It's a fairly limited selection menu but the food is delicious and portions generous. Reservations are recommended, I will go back to this place next time I'm in town.

We went Friday night with our neighbors. Great looking place from the outside....looks like a very fine upscale restaurant. The menu has quite a few good looking choices. We were surprised when we walked in that it was so loud and noisy. We were seated at a small table for four right behind the hostess counter. They have nice booths along the window and tables throughout the center. A bar is toward the back of the room with television. Since the bar and TV are so visible to the dining area takes away from the more upscale look. I must say the food was great. I ordered the shrimp and grits that came with chopped andouille and a nice cream sauce. Excellent!! I'd order it again. My wife split the salmon dish and baked potatoes with our friend. Both of them really liked their meal. Her husband ordered the Red Snapper with succotash. It was very good. I tried a bite and it had a nice tang to it. My wife and I split the HSG salad that was loaded with nuts, craisins, blue cheese and it was quite large and also very good. For an appetizer the four of us split the spicy shrimp (bang bang shrimp). It was very good but I think there were only about 10 shrimp on the plate (unlike Bonefish that serves a heaping amount of shrimp over a bed of lettuce). Our fiends ordered the creme broulee for dessert and said it was very good. The staff checked on our table several times throughout the. meal to see how things were. Very good service. The biggest drawback that all of us had was how loud it was. It's tough to hear yourself talk, similar to a couple of other fine dining restaurants in Cola. I'd give it five stars on the food....but have to knock it a bit due to the atmosphere.

I attended an "after hours" function a couple weeks back at B. Colson's. They are still new, so I knew there may be some small hiccups. The old bank building has been meticulously transformed into an awesome dining venue! The attention to detail is evident. The staff was prompt & friendly; it's obvious that some are still quite fresh in the service industry, but they're trying & doing it with a smile. As far as the food goes, all I can say is everyone's food at my table looked delicious; it must have tasted quite good, too, as it was nearly silent for some time (unless someone was complimenting their meal).I had the shrimp 'n grits. And I must say -- y'all blew it outta the freakin' park!!! I've had shrimp 'n grits from all over the state and y'all's was, HANDS DOWN, the best I've had. The shrimp were large, the portion was generous, and the flavor was outta this world! Scott Edwards -- you've gone well, sir!
