The worst customer service and it had nothing to do with humans. The AI sucks and has messed up my order twice. The poor staff has to fix it every time. This time, they couldn't. The higher up who suggested the AI in a small town should be fired.
food was good got in and out easy and quick. over all nice people and friendly.

At the Camden location they ran out of bone in chicken because they said the people before us got a 20 piece, when we seen they got a single meal. So we agreed to a split of bone in & tenders. The tenders & other tasted rubbery & obviously not fresh. The biscuits were smashed into a the chicken boxes instead of in a separate box. We paid $47 for very poor dry chicken & smashed biscuits after an order that couldn’t even be fulfilled as ordered. We agreed to the change of having bone-in with tenders, but they were so dry!!

Everyone’s kind. But over the past year quality in food has gone down. It’s almost impossible to get anything fresh unless it’s breakfast. Anything after is pretty old and the meat tends to be dry. It used to be juicy. Fries tend to be over cooked every time. If you pay extra to have all thighs they never do it. I’ve started to go back to KFC if I want chicken because you tend to have more of a chance at fresher juicy chicken. Also the wheel chair accessible door is locked every time we have tried to go so that was another reason we stopped going. A little before the food started to go down hill so technically it’s not wheel chair friendly unless you walk around and ask for it to be unlocked. You will wait a good 5-10 minutes just to get in.
Parking: The wheel chair accessible door is always locked. It’s located by the drive thru. We haven’t dined in because they cannot unlock it I guess.

We were treated so kindly at the Camden location. Ashari went above and beyond in serving us. The food was great. Their fries are my new favorite. Try the Bo Berry buscuits they are delicious.
