I love a butter biscuit from here for breakfast but the people at the window are ALWAYS rude and act like it’s an inconvenience to give jelly or the correct amount of drinks. 9 times out of 10 I have to walk inside to get jelly after asking at the box and at the window. Also why are they smashing biscuit crumbs together and handing it out the window??

Their drive thru ordering box is AI. The first real person you talk to is at the first window. The biscuits were really soft, which doesn't happen every time you eat at a Bojangles'. Also, their tea is never legendary as they claim it to be, but this location is! This Bojangles' had the best sweet tea we have ever had at one and it tasted so good it could beat most other restaurants. We wish all Bojangles' locations had tea like this one does.

Ordered 2 piece white meat. I got a thigh instead of a breast. I had to go back to exchange it. Then the chicken was cold, hard and dry including my husband's chicken strips. My mash potatoes were cold and our biscuits were hard. I'm pretty positive our food had been sitting under lights for awhile. Ended up getting a to go box to see if the dogs would eat the chicken. We pretty much wasted our money. Dining area needed cleaning and a huge stack of dirty trays at the trash can. The only positive was the older lady inside taking orders was nice. That's the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1.

My first time ever in my life having Bojangles... the fried chicken was delicious. The coating was crispy, where some places can have the outer layer soooo soggy 😫 my first experience was a great one and I look forward to eating there again. 🥰

I have always had a great experience with this location.
I give the staff 5 stars but the district manager or general manager (not sure which exactly) that was in there this morning should NOT be the district/general manager. I overheard him come out to the lobby laughing and joking with some people he knew dining in saying that he had to “ crack the whip this morning because he’s working with people that are stupid and lazy”. Meanwhile he walked around barely doing anything but barking orders at the staff. This was completely unnecessary and very unprofessional. I absolutely love the staff here and always come here over other places. I was honestly flabbergasted to over hear someone in position say this about his staff.
Had an issue with my order and Doris was incredibly helpful and kind and made my experience one of the best I’ve had here regardless of the original issue, this place needs more staff like her
