when IGA forgot to make an order for my cousin's memorial service, bojangles came through on chicken for 35-40 people with loving and excellent service. thank you for serving our community.

I ordered a 20 piece family meal over $50 and when I got my ordered thru drive thru I noticed I didn’t get all of the ordered. Employee at window told me to pull over ,so I waited on the rest of my ordered and no one never came out to bring the rest of my ordered . I went in the restaurant to ask for the rest of my ordered people up front looking around like they were lost. The lead person came up front was very unpleasant and yell out this is not the day! Very Unprofessional!!!! And when I got the tea it was lite tea I don’t know what it was but it didn’t taste like tea! Employee told me they were out of lemonade and suggested tea . I wanted 1 tea and 1 lemonade which I didn’t get. The team is very unorganized not communicating at all!!
I'll go there at least every day. Doing the work week either in the morning or afternoon for lunch. Just need to pay close attention to the ice machine. Do not let the pink bacteria build up.
