I have had an issue with them before years ago, I went today to get 2 egg and cheese croissants this morning they are always on the 2 for 5 and they they tried to tell me that it’s not on that it’s the other sandwiches which I say in the app where I always use it’s not like that it’s always 2 for $5.00 the lady got an attitude with me I decided to drive off before I went off on her. Mind you at the speaker they asked me if I wanted to donate a $1 to get coupons. I declined. I think they are trying to use the promotion as a way to get donations. I went to they app after I left chose the store location and the sandwiches are still 2 for $5.00 the The unprofessionalism is remarkable. It’s ridiculous. Why are you trying to cheat people out of your money?

Well normally I don't do reviews for restaurants but something is definitely going on with bk because myself and someone else I know has gotten a whopper with nothing on it so not actually a whopper just a plain hamburger with not even one condiment. I know for a fact I didn't order it like that. Every other other time I received the whopper it was made correctly so I don't know what's going on.
Burger King is normally one of my favorite places to eat but tonight really put them at the bottom of my list. We sat in the drive through for 20 min, after about ten min I drove around to see if anyone was working and there was someone at each window just not taking our orders. So we drove to the door and of course they were locked! We got back in line and they took two peoples orders and then we just continued to sit and wait. After about another 10 min a worker came out and told us they were CLOSED. There was about 6 people waiting in the dang drive thru and were scheduled to close at 11, they sat and waited to close at 9 while we all waited patiently in the drive thru. I understand being short staffed or whatever the case may be but us sitting there for 20 min with all the lights on, no cones in the drive thru or anyone having the decency to at least speak back through the voice thing to tell us ANYTHING is completely unacceptable. I’m pregnant and all I wanted was a damn whopper.

This is one of the best burger kings that I've visited I a long time..... the food was great service was very pleasant and on point ..... she brought us our food to the table instead of yelling out a number ..... I love finding BK's like this we will return for service and places like this

I order a Texas Double Whopper and get a regular whopper with a bunch of jalapenos on it. No bacon or BBQ sauce. I try to call to speak to the manager and someone picks up but doesn't say anything. I mean come on I spend a lot of money at this place and never usually complain. Fix my order and make this right....or I'll call corporate next...
