When we first drove up I was like hmmm. When we walked in I was thinking we should leave. It was dark and kind of shabby however I am glad I stayed. The service was friendly and the food was yummy. I had the mushroom Swiss burger and it was so good. Almost thought of ordering one to go. I will definitely go back.
Looking for a place to eat in Camden, my granddaughter found this place online and we decided to try it. I like to find these little places instead of chains so I was pretty excited. The windows are covered by sheet metal roofing from the inside so no lights were showing but they were open. The staff is friendly and the decor is "comfortable". TLDR: FOOD=5 ? ATMOSPHERE =1 ? SERVICE=3 ?shack is the right word for this place. The atmosphere seems like a place you would go to hide from the police. The bathroom was trashed, and the air smelled like old dog water. Once we were served, the service was fine, but we walked in, and there was no bartender or server to be found for about 10-15 minutes.
