I had 16 chicken wings deliver to my work at 6 pm and it didn't get here til 8:15 pm. Really I called and they told me someone took my wings to someone else and the y cook another for me but didnt bother to call me. It does not take 2 hours and 15 mins to
deliver a 30.00 order. I'm not happy with their service. You can not apologize for something you all did wrong and charge me full price. All they took off was the drivers tip. Get someone that k ow how to run the business. I wouldn't be ordering here anymore. Next day the did put th delivery drivers tip back on. I will contact corp about this!! I should of got it free or half price.

Update: 2.5 hours later cold pizza has arrived.
Update: went in the next day to talk to the manager. My order was credited to my domino’s account.

The worst pizza I ever had . Ordered two hand tossed medium pizzas. The crust was thin and had Parmesan cheese on it . The bottom of the pizzas were uncooked and had yellow dots all over the bottom. Plus they were rude since it was carry out . Very disappointed. Dominos used to be really good. I guess not .

they were checking for perfection for almost an hour and the estimated delivery time was 30 minutes. the total wait time for them to even set out for delivery was about an hour and a half. the food was almost cold, then i was expected to add a tip. wasted 40 bucks. the food is actually decent when its fresh and hot but the past few times ive ordered it sucked. dont recommend unless youre a patient fan of cold pizza

Don’t follow the app when it says your food is ready, add about 30-45 min before you can pick it up. That’s consistently not just a 1 time thing

I consider myself a loyal customer but I don’t get loyal service. Two weeks ago I placed an order online and it took forever to deliver I literally drove to have my money put back on my card. The manager ( I assume) was apologetic but two weeks later here we go again this is ridiculous and no reason to lie and say driver on the way bc clearly the driver wasn’t I’m literally on the phone waiting right now and no response just eliminate delivery bc you clearly don’t should not take this long it’s unacceptable 😡😡😡😡

Put an order in for delivery, said that it is out for delivery for a significant amount of time. Then said the order was delivered and never actually came.
Ive been waiting over 4 hours for my order, and have been waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes, still haven't reviewed my food. An hour or two on the weekends isnt unheard of, but over 4 hours? If you cant honor the order just say so. Leadership needs to step up and fix the problem so the drivers out on the road don't get set up to fail.

I ordered New York style pizza. It’s a delivery time 30 minutes. It came an hour and 20 minutes late The pizza was cold and I had two dipping sauces. They forgot to bring those two. And the driver was asking me for more tip After I tipped him for six dollars definitely I do not recommend this place
