I have ordered pizza every Tuesday night for my daughters for the last 3 weeks, the same exact order each time and on April 8th 2024 I received my delivery and the Philly Cheese Steak Pizza was burnt . So I called the Camden location where Angela is the General Manager, the employee which was a “female never gave her name when answering the phone“ I proceeded to tell her about my pizza literally 5 mins after my delivery was dropped off , she proceeded to tell me that my pizza was burnt because I removed the American cheese from the pizza and that was the reason it was burnt and also she had 2 new employees that were working their first day with her that night . I told her that I had ordered the pizza the last 3 times the same way and it was never delivered burnt before . She just kept blaming that I removed the AMERICAN CHEESE from the pizza my kids don’t like American cheese!!! Instead of trying to fix the issue I felt I was being blamed for my pizza being burnt .. I asked who was the General Manager and when could talk to her about this issue. She said tomorrow I said ok and asked what her name was she then said you got my name I said no I didn’t have it , she hung up on me . I called back again and she answered and hung up on me again . I continued to call back and she continued to hang up on me in which it was recorded each time she answered and refused to give her name I have it recorded on my phone as well in which the way I was treated and spoke to.. I intend to contact the corporate office and to write a review and file a complaint until I speak to the CEO Russel Weiner myself in some form, until this is being addressed with the respect that as customers we deserve , people pay their hard earned money and food is too expensive to be blamed for burnt pizza . Worst customer service ever!! General manager Angela needs to address her customer service issues .. 5 bad reviews within a month!!

Placed an order for a pepperoni pizza with sausage, they send pepperoni with mushrooms. Ask for garlic n herb wings they send wings with ranch dressing poured on them. Worst service ever. Person on the phone was very rude and hateful. I wouldn't order from that place ever again, and wouldn't advice anyone else to either.

The actual worst customer service I've ever experienced. At best, you'll get a very unfriendly, uncaring employee. At worst, as I learned tonight, they'll literally say "about **** time" while glaring at you when you pick up your order (it was the older woman with the stark white hair). I placed the order 30 minutes before picking it up, so I have no idea why the rudeness even happened.But hey, they actually make a decent pizza. Not great, but okay.

I had a call in order. I got there and it was supposed to be curb side pickup. No one came out. My husband went in and it wasn't ready. She said 8 more minutes. So we hot an email for a free pizza. So we waited. He goes back in. They forgot to cook two things. So we had to wait more. We didn't leave until an hour over pick up time. My food was terrible. My tator tots and my chicken bites were burned. Not edible. She gave us a free cheese pizza for our wait. Ridiculous. I won't go back.

I placed my order 30 minutes in advance got there it was not ready I was okay a little irritated but I could understand they had already forgotten to make my pasta because one of the guys that works there had all his friends in there with him as he was getting off. Then on top of my wait when my food is finally ready they give it away to the next customer. The customer came in and said this is not what I ordered so he got my order plus his order and all I I was my order they had to remake my entire order then they have the ordasity to say they are confused and don't know what happen but I'm the customer and saw exactly what happened I got no compensation for my wait or nothing then they over charge me for my order and my pasta was Half full because now you're mad because I'm mad I work a full time job never home all I wanted was something quick to eat I was a regular but not anymore I will NEVER eat at domino's in camden ever again as long as it it under the same management!! This is the sorriest service I've ever received and I'm a really understanding person my very first job was fast food so I try to be understanding but this was just not acceptable at all !! They don't even deserve 1 stars they need no stars I do not recommend you eat here unless you want your order screwed up and have to over pay for something that you ordered in your app and you already know your total the lies they tell you and the attitude you get from the workers then you have time to come outside and smoke but you couldn't make sure you had my order right . I'm so very disappointed with camden domino's!!

I placed an order for delivery on 03/14/24, the delivery driver, Valerie, called me stating that she could not find my house. I proceeded to give her directions as she talked over me as I tried to help her find my house. The phone/app she was using started going in and out while I was talking with her and then disconnected. I tried calling her back but got redirected to the store. I told the person on the line what the issue was and they asked for my address. After I told him I got an incoming call. Thinking it was Valerie, I told the CSR on the line that she was calling me back and to please hold. I answered the call and it was the driver. She was again telling me where she was at, but she was still going the complete opposite way that I instructed her to go. She did have an attitude with me like I'm the one who got her lost. She was unable to follow directions because (to me) she had already given up on finding my house. The phone on her end, cut out again and she did not call me back. I tried calling her 3x after that and texted her that I would meet her at a convenient location to pick up the pizza ( which why did she not think of that), but instead, she had already headed back to the store. I know this because she called finally after I already left the house to go meet her less than a minute away. When I got to Domino's , she was not apologetic, but instead blamed me for not including directions. She handed me my pizza that I paid online for. I told her I was going to wait and see if they would remove the delivery fee. She went to talk to a manager ( I guess, the person did not acknowledge me until she had to ask for my credit card) . The woman who I assume was the manager asked me for my credit card that I used. I told her I didn't have it because I was not planning on just making a quick stop at the location to get my pizza from the driver, I didn't plan on coming to the store. She then said "we can't let you leave with the product without payment". I was like, "I did pay." She then proceeded to say that she voided the order!!! Why was this not communicated BEFORE you took that action??? So I wasted time and gas for absolutely nothing! Oh well, I did get snide remarks about putting directions on the website or put "call before you come" in the directions. I honestly hate Camden Domino's because they show no customer service or accountability whenever they mess up. This was the VERY last transaction I will ever have at this Domino's. This is not the first or second negative interaction I've had at Camden Domino's. Their management is trash/pretty much non existent. No wonder the employees come and go like a revolving door. Poor leadership. They offered nothing in compensation, they offered no apologies, and then I didn't even get the pizza! Papa John's and Pizza Hut from here on out.

If I could put less than one star I would. Food is fine it’s the people who work there who aren’t. Not professional at all, you’ll catch employees outside buying and selling weed, then follow them in and they start making pizzas without washing their hands or wearing gloves right after buying, selling or doing drugs right outside, delivery drivers are horrible drivers and cut out in front of people dangerously and take pictures of other peoples cars. If you call to check on your order because it’s taking so long, you’ll get cussed out. Tony will take and steal money from you as well, so I don’t suggest being around him with money or allowing him to be your cashier because he may rip you off for money. These people don’t know what they’re doing.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I rarely order out, I was treating myself on Friday 1/12. I watched the driver slow down in front of my place, I flagged him down, and he totally ditched and went on his merry way and actually delivered my order to another apt. I called the store immediately and spoke with the "mamager" on duty who actually asked me if I wanted to cancel my order..... you mean the one I didn't get which someone else is now enjoying??? Well you can't really cancel an order that's been delivered...BUT I'd like to be refunded my $28. Didn't offer me a coupon or free food next time. I worked in hospitality for 22+ years. HORRIBLE customer service, I understand times have changed, you should still always give 100%+ in the hospitality industry as this is really how you make your money. It's now 1/23 and I still have not been refunded for the $28 which posted to my account on 1/15

These poor folks just can’t get it right. They’ve gotten our order wrong (like very wrong) the past 3 times we’ve ordered. We called about our wrong order and they didn’t help or try to make it right in the slightest. And if you order delivery, I recommend ordering at least 2 hours in advance or be prepared to wait a good while for your order.
