DONOT EAT SUSHI At GINZA . It is not fresh . And the food has gotten worse and not worth the price for eating there . Whom ever took over Ginza has ruined how it use to be like before . Poor quality pre made food . Definitely not worth it .

Tried it for the first time. The build your own poke bowl wasn't listed on the lunch menu we got? I had the tuna tataki and the number 12, small shrimp with broccoli. I switched my rice for double broccoli. The "soup" that comes with an entree was just hot water. The beef soup tasted vaguely of beef. But, the, the tuna tataki was really, really good tuna, prepared nicely. The shrimp entree was also very good. We will be back. If you don't support the local small business owners, You've got no one to blame but yourselves when we are stuck with fast food chains

I usually stop in about once a week. The service was lacking professionalism. I waited to be seated for 10 minutes while others that came in after me were seated. Maybe this job is to hard for some waitresses. This place needs to shape up.

Only two stars for the entire review which is for the waitress. She was very polite and efficient. The food NO STARS (got hibachi chicken) with zucchini and mushrooms. The food was definitely pre-cooked. It must sit on the grill all day. A piece of chicken was cold, not warm, cold. The rice also pre-cooked. Very thick and starchy. The zucchini and mushrooms were not crisp but pretty soggy.

I was extremely surprised by the quality of the food at this establishment. My girlfriend brought me here on a whim, and the food was delicious, portions were plenty, and the waitress was wonderful. I drove 45 minutes to get here a week later and brought my family! The sushi was awesome!! Wish I had pictures but my belly wouldn't wait!
