The food is always great, but the staff and atmosphere are lacking. During this recent visit, we had a party of 4, but 2 went ahead and arrived before my husband and I arrived. The 2 who went ahead knew our orders for simplicity's sake. The staff took 3 of the orders and assumed that was it. My husband and I arrived before the rest of our party were done having their sandwiches made, and we tried to place my husband's order, but we were promptly ignored for the next person in line. The staff was snarky even over the simplest of requests (receiving our drink cups, for example). Food is great, but order online and take out. The staff are just not good people.

Very good, though one thing I do find annoying is that people who choose to walk in have to wait longer as for some reason online orders are filled before instore. Makes no sense when there was nothing on the grill that I had to wait an extra 10-15min so online orders ahead of me could be done first.
I understand the employees are damned if they do or don't, but I find a 25min+ wait excessive.
At least the sandwich quality was up to standard.

On July 24, 2024, around 3:30 PM, I visited this location with the expectation of enjoying a meal, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a young lady behind the counter who displayed an unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude. It was apparent that she was not enthusiastic about her job, which was further confirmed by her behavior throughout my visit. After a brief wait, she returned from the back, and I proceeded to order a large #16. I requested that my bread be toasted, to which she rudely responded that they do not have a toaster and can only grill the bread. I accepted this and asked for jalapeños to be added to the grill mixture. She returned with the sandwich wrapped. I requested lettuce and tomatoes to be added, but at no point had she asked what I wanted on my sandwich. She said "I'm not going to unwrap this sandwich ", instead offering to provide the lettuce and tomatoes in a bowl. She then pointed to another customer and loudly stated that I should have ordered in a specific way, which I found insulting and disrespectful.

I love Jersey Mikes & would love to give this place a 5 stars, but hoping to get an owner response. On multiple occasions, latest being just now. I place an order for pick up, ASAP time and when I go in the sandwich isn’t even started. This usually happens with hot subs, which I understand, but it seems the workers then rush to cook my sandwich which has meat in it making me feel it’s undercooked. I live 15 minutes away so when having frozen groceries in the car or on a short lunch break from work this extra time counts. Today not one customer in the store and my ticket was the only one hanging, not even started cooking & I was a few minutes late to the pick up time. Subs are the best around! I just don’t get the waiting to make ASAP orders when I’ve already paid
