Great food but the service is so awful I will never go back. You will wait for 40 plus minutes. Some ppl are nice others are rude as ever. They mark pick up orders as complete but don’t start them until you walk in and they take at least 30 minutes to put the food in a bag- what went in first is cold and what goes in last is piping hot. They don’t serve people in order either.
The older woman working at the front counter is very unprofessional and need to work on her customers service skills as well multitasking skills. It doesn't matter how long you been working your position, you should always keep up with your customers services and multitasking skill and if not, either quit or retire.

The older lady at the second window tonight was the best. She made my night with her positive attitude. They were busy as usual on Friday nights and I had a pretty big order but she took her time to ask me how I was doing, read my order back, and thanked me for rounding my change up to the KFC foundation. I should have asked her name but thank you to her and all of the staff for feeding our family tonight!

I ordered a large mixed liver and gizzard from the drive through and to my disappointment and regret they were horrible! hard and dry. They should be ashamed to serve and sell such bad food.I tried calling but no answer.
