I learned that fried wings were BACK! Stopped in to get some, the old lady at the window was SO inpatient!! Not like I was holding the line up, placed my order and sat and waited 13 minutes for it. The food was disappointing. And so salty. Asked for the wedges and got fries. The wings were TERRIBLE.

I ordered gizzards at the drive thru. I was told there would be a wait. The gizzards were just coming out of the freezer.

The food is generally decent so based on past and present experiences I am giving it a 2 star. We usually go through the drive through. Yesterday however my spouse went inside. He waited 10 minutes and no one approached him to greet him or to take his order. When he spoke out to get service, he was greeted with an I don't care attitude, not mean, but indifferent attitude. He was told they were busy with drive through and other types of orders. My spouse never did order. He and another gentleman who had waited about 20 minutes with no greeting or anything, left.

It’s always chicken! There’s a lot more meat that could be fried, but not often fried or fried enough for example cat and dog are rarely fried in 11 herbs and spices

Great food but the service is so awful I will never go back. You will wait for 40 plus minutes. Some ppl are nice others are rude as ever. They mark pick up orders as complete but don’t start them until you walk in and they take at least 30 minutes to put the food in a bag- what went in first is cold and what goes in last is piping hot. They don’t serve people in order either.
