Local customers were served first. Most patrons left the store before the food arrived. They do not serve bacon, but the biscuits were very good. Do not recommend unless you're a local.

I felt the food was over seasoned. My steak flavors clashed with the potatoes and my eggs seemed blackened. Maybe the kitchen was just having an off day. My wife's plate was cooked to perfection though. Also, I didn't care for the gospel music being played so loud I had to compete with it for conversing.

Been wanting to try kings for a while, was able to make it this morning.

Very small hole in the wall which has its charm. However the ordering system and the delivery leave much to be desired.

On principle, I will never order from a place where you have to scan a QR, agree to a privacy policy and give your first last and phone to order.. Not a big deal as I was able to walk up to the counter and order.

There's no service which is why I put a 1, everything is self serve from napkins to salt and pepper to take out containers.

They give you a table marker but even with it on display the servers weren't able to deliver to the correct table multiple times and there's only like 8 tables.

We got our coffee and water after our food, only after reminding the server we had ordered them.

Food was nothing to rave about:
Eggs were sloppy and overcooked.
Pancakes were very good, fluffy and sweet.
Sausage patties were hard and dry.
Potatoes were very well seasoned.
I appreciate the biscuits being scratch made, they were fluffy but a little sour compared to homemade buttermilk ones.
The gravy was ok, not much of it and a few pieces of sausage but the visible curdled texture made it unappealing.

We don't eat out often and cook a lot of our own flavors at home.. but I hope people will give them a chance and support local efforts to keep downtown open.

Patricia blyther and Vicky Belton went to King's kitchen on 3 8for our first time we got there at 11:00 and the and the waitress told us that the food will be ready within 30 minutes so we seat there for 45 minutes we still didn't get our order we didn't get no drinks I tried to support my people but seem like the staff was more concerned about the customer sitting on the outside to be served several customers was coming in as we were still sitting and waiting but they have gotten fed before we ever got served and we was in their way before they was so I will not be coming back in kings kitchen I didn't like the way I was overlook on a scale to 1 to 10 I will rate them a zero

I have eaten here twice in the last two weeks. Had shrimp and grits and added fish on my first visit. Delicious. This past Saturday, I took my son for breakfast. The platters were good and the service was fairly quick considering how packed they were.

Kings Kitchen in Camden offers a tasty and cozy breakfast experience with a variety of Southern breakfast and brunch options. The food was incredibly flavorful and satisfying, with a range of Southern-inspired dishes that left me craving more. The digital ordering at the table added a nice touch of convenience, though you can also choose to order at the counter with a kind and helpful associate. I overheard several people around me mentioning how often they visit and how consistently great the food is, which shows just how loved this spot is by locals. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a visit for a tasty and welcoming breakfast or brunch!

We had been hearing about Kings' Kichen in Camden, SC, so we decided to try it out one Saturday. We walked in not sure what to do next. There was no host to greet us or signage that stated seat yourself. You walked right in to tables at the front and a counter near the the back. The restaurant was pretty full, with maybe two tables available, so we just took one and sat down. They had a DJ in the window playing music. We noticed you could order from a QR code, so we attempted to do that as no one came over to take our order. I ended up getting up and going to the counter to inquire about placing our order there since we had questions.
There was one server seeing about 8 tables on the side we sat on and she was doing the best she could.
The food overall was good. I ordered shrimp and grits. It was 6 out of 10. To me needed about 8 shrimp and a tad more sauce. Rich had a build your own omelet with a side of bacon and grits. He said the grits were GREAT, the bacon was thin. His omelet came out with cheese, when I ordered no cheese. They wanted to make it over, but Rich said no and ate what he could. As we were leaving another lady came over and told Rich to come back for a free omelet and they would make sure to get it right. So we'll return, I'll definitely get grits again as they were very good and Rich will get the omelet. Even if they had not offered the free omelet, we would have come back to try the lunch menu.

I have been wanting to try this locally owned business for a while. The food was good. They have some darn good creamy grits! The day we went, they were down 2 staff, which affected service. They appear to do a good take out service. We had to ask for our drinks after food was served, and one meal was apparently lost when ordered on the app. The staff (the owners) were friendly and apologetic. You can use an app to order from the table, or I guess go to the counter to order. I'm not sure. Their social media posts make the food look so good. I was really looking forward to the meal. Again, the food was good, but I may just order take out next time.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes,but street parking. Need to locate a handicap parking space.
