If I could give it a 0 star, I would, I'm very disappointed and how they were conducted today.I want to go get 2 ice cream cones and french fries While using a coupon for my free ice cream and And if you buy a drink , you get a free medium fries for free The woman never asked me for the code when I Went in for the buy drink get a free medium fry The service was terrible i had a wait a few minutes just to be served by someone And the roof was leaking all over the place when I came in with a disaster I could have slipped and fallen and Gotten Hurt from the water all over the place here will not come back anytime soon.

I hate when y’all give me stuff like this. I kind of feel cheated, considering the prices are high already. Y’all do my frappe’s a little dirtier though half the times they’re watery like chocolate milk. I love coming here though because the biscuits are so good but please do better McDonald’s please. Take pride in your work. Don’t give somebody something you wouldn’t eat yourself or drink. And for the love of God, please make sure the frappe machine stays with ice it benefits every single drink that comes out of that machine.

I used to stop here in the mornings to grab a drink and McMuffin. Lately they are very slow and even take several cars orders that arrive after you. I understand being short staffed but when I’m first in the left lane and three other cars get their orders filled to the right of me when I was first in line is not right. I’ve complained on the hotline also to no avail.

We drove thru and had to pull over for a bit before we got our food and it was wrong and we had to go back in twice to correct things. Wrong hamburger wrong size drink and food was cold. Not good today.

This location just doesn’t seem to understand what the meaning of fast food is. No reason why it took 40 minutes for my breakfast to finally be handed to me. The manager needs to learn how to manage her team and resources properly so that customers do not need to berate them to do their job.

I ordered a meal with with no pickles and onions add mayo got my food and it has pickes and onions on it and no mayo they remade them this order has one with no pickles and onions no mayo and the other one was made correct twenty five minutes gone WOW!!!!
