I’m extremely disgusted and disappointed. I ordered a frozen Hawaiian drink from McDonald’s and had already drunk most of it when I felt something in my mouth—turns out it was a dead fly that came out of my drink. I was horrified. I immediately tried to call the store to report the issue, but no one answered the phone. This is completely unacceptable. I have pictures and a video as proof and will be contacting corporate and DHEC to report this serious health violation. Do better.

The Drive Thur was crazy wait time of 15 to 25 minutes. That is how long I got to the speaker. No sorry about your wait was said and you could bearly hear the cashier on the speaker. Today was very Thumbs down on the service.

Fries cold, my food was not made to order. Given attitude when asked why cream and sugar had not been added to my coffee as I had asked hoping to salvage something of my order. Smh

Updated, very clean, and super friendly staff. Stopped here for coffee and to check emails. I had 3 different staff ask if everything was good and if I needed anything else. Very impressed with this location.
