I’ve never left a good ,McDonald’s review before, but I have to say this one was amazing. Not only was the food on point and correct, I ordered an order for three people with a few customized items, and crazy fast service. I ordered from my car, about 3-5 minutes I walked in and it was already done.

🌸🌸Exceptional Service with a Heart!🌸🌸 I had been searching three cities for a S’mores McFlurry and was about ready to give up when I called the McDonald’s on 521. Jessica & Shirette could have just said “no,” but instead they went above and beyond. They were incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely wanted to make sure I found my treasure. They even called other stores to confirm it would be there when I arrived! 💛🍦 Because of their thoughtfulness, my ice cream hunt ended in victory (and dessert)! Their service reminded me of what it means to serve others with a heart full of love, the way God calls us to. ✨ I hope McDonald’s keeps the S’mores McFlurry on the menu because it brought me joy but honestly, Jessica & Shirette are the real treasure here. 🌟

THIS RESTAURANT HAS THE WORST MANAGEMENT TEAM I HAVE EVER SEEN! I went to this McDonald’s expecting it to be the same mid-low quality food I purchase at every other one, EXCEPT IT WASNT! Before we get to the bad stuff, the food was meh so if you don’t mind WASTING NEARLY AN HOUR at a McDonald’s than this is the place for you. To preface this, the only reason I gave the service for this restaurant 2 stars instead of 1 like everything else is because I feel bad for the poor cashier who was trying her best to correct everyone’s orders and take new ones while her managers were talking in the back and DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! What happened was I ordered my food and they did not put a SIGNIFICANT amount of it into my bag. So I went back into the store and politely asked the nice cashier for my food. She spoke to her managers and asked for my receipt, a request which I obliged. She then came back and told me my new food would be out shortly. I waited for what felt like hours, during which I observed half of the store also go up because their orders were also messed up. After my extraneous wait, I had to go up AGAIN because they still hadn’t given me my food or even GLANCED MY WAY! The cashier then had to go to her managers AGAIN and ask them for my food. After they realized I wasn’t just going to leave without my food THAT I HAD ALREADY PAYED FOR one of the managers begrudgingly walked up to the counter, gave me a VERY nasty side eye, and punched in the order so hard I thought the screen might break! I then proceeded to wait again and finally got my food after a second long wait. The managers were completely unprofessional, rude, lazy, and lacked any customer support skills!
In conclusion: the managers should be fired and the cashier should be given a large raise and hazard pay for having to work with them.
