Ordered on the mobile app at 12:47 am but the store closed at 12:00 am. Apparently there was a system update that messed up their hours of operation. I live all the way in Spartanburg so going into the store is not economical. I spoke with Nikki and she is going to send me my refund in the form of a gift card. Way easier than dealing with my credit card company. Nikki was extremely nice and was determined to make it right. :)

Best double cheeseburger ever! Fresh and neat in appearance. Food was constructed and not just thrown on a bun. These are the things that I love: Cleanliness of building, kind and welcoming servers, and food appearance all make for a great dining experience! This McDonald's is the best on this end of the 120 corridor. I stop during my travels whenever I can! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
Parking: In and out accessibility for Semis even. Good parking for handicap or elderly to access restaurant.
I ordered sausage and egg, no cheese English muffin. First window repeated that, I leave with my bag and it was ham, horrible ham. This has happened many times.

Sunday, 7/28/24 @ 3:41pm. We dined inside. After a long wait, standing right in front of the cash register, for the cashier to take our order (because it was more important to fill up her containers of salt packets, etc), we placed our order with her and were given a number sign to place on our table. After waiting 20 minutes, we went up to check, and our cold food was in a bag on the counter next to her salt packets. It appears that it's expected of customers to instead order from the electronic kiosks, and maybe that is why she wouldn't take our order. But for our food to sit there so long is ridiculous.

Beware bait and switch menu pricing!!! Breakfast combo pictured shows 2 sausage burritos, hashbrown, and orange juice for $7.59, however if you order it AS PICTURED with orange juice the ACTUAL price is $9.39. They charge EXTRA for the orange juice, despite picturing it exactly that way on the menu. Watch your receipts from this deceitful food store.
