I was in the Lugoff KFC tonight.I ask the young man if they had a 2piece dinner without a drink,he pointed to the board.i said just give me 2 / 2 piece all white with mashed potatoes and gravy,then I need 2 coleslaw and 1 extra breast. He rung it up and said 27.37 I paid when the manager sat my food on the counter I ask her where are my drinks,she said you didn’t order drinks,I said you are right but since I was charged for them I would like them,then as I was checking my box in one I had a breast and a wing,biscuit and mashed pot.,in the other I had breast,wing biscuit and 2slaw .again I told her I was missing a potato.and again she was arguing that’s not what you ordered,yes it is what I ordered it was just not rung up that way.looking at my ticket he charged me 13.58 for 2 piece chicken and biscuit then 5.38 for 2 coleslaw then 3.69 for my my extra breast and 2.69 for my mashed potato.I am not sure what or how he rang it up,but the 2 piece dinner is 7.49 for 2 pieces of white meat chicken 1 side and a biscuit and a drink.I think you need to train your employees and manager on how they should treat a customer,after arguing I told the manager just keep you food and refund my money I will go elsewhere.

I have not visited this location in years because of how badly I was treated one day by the manager for a mistake her crew made. I have visited maybe 7 times in the past 2 months and every single time, something with my order was wrong. The last time I went, I got chicken that was so old it was hard and unable to be chewed. I called and complained because that's what they tell you to do. When I didn't hear back, I called the store and the actual store manager told me that, since I called and complained, there was nothing she could do to help me. Then she started lying and telling me that I was a liar just because I was telling her my experience in her restaurant. This lady is ungodly and has been for years. I'm surprised this is how you treat customers, that you blackmail them over the money and the food, and if they complain, your store managers are refusing to help them at all as if they hold some petty grudge because you complained and they had to do things right.

Im an actual WALK - IN customer and had been charged 16.38 on my ticket, and then a 20.68 (close) out from my bank.Well it's 4.09 (close) so I , honestly, jump to the conclusion, and go back to Settle the enormous fraud handed me by the restaurant (not really at all,just that it happened right ! ) Also the wife was madder than hell at me before hand and this problem just...that's why I volunteered. ..Anyway I was met with a very personable, ,manager she got the info. and we settled out if court over the 4.00. Ok...then today I got a call (voice) from a very high up , taking the time out of there busy day to explain what possibly could have happened in a verypvery polite ,curtious manner that frankly blew me away.....4 bucks. The Owner. That's it...I know good business,this is good business, these people are good!
