I called In order about 645 I get down there and nobody knows where my order is at say they don’t have it in the computer. I said I drove all the way down here. Y’all told me my order be ready in 15 minutes I said can you help me out with any discounts? They said no we can’t help you out and that was the manager. I just think it’s pretty sorry every time I go to Pizza Hut. I have problems at a Camden And other Pizza Huts Now I gotta go back to Pizza Hut and Camden to pick up an order that should’ve been ready when I got there. I’m some kind of pissed and you would be too that she was on the other foot.

I’ve tried really hard not to leave a bad review but the first time, the the customer can’t locate how his wife placed their order. (Pizza Hut site or door dash) The manager takes him aside and the rep just leans in the corner so I have to ask, “Can I get some assistance?” She goes on about how once there’s an order on the screen she can’t bypass… Huh?! I’m pretty sure you can remove his order and help the next person since he wasn’t prepared.
Today my order was supposed to be ready at 4:19p and wasn’t ready until 4:36p although I ordered online. Another gentleman who ordered in the store received his food before me… How?!?! He had about 7 personal pans to my 3. And all the older guy could say is, “I know, I know!” I specifically asked what the ETA of my order was but didn’t get an answer. I won’t be back anytime soon. The manager is great however.

Pizza was fresh and hot. Server was courteous and friendly. When i ordered. She suggest the special which i got a large for the price of a med. Pizza was out of the oven in about 12 minutes. Which was pretty good. Since their delivery and carryout was pretty busy at the time i was dining in.

We ordered a pizza after almost 2 years because we had had a bad experience in the past, but wanted to give them a try again. Unfortunately the pizza we got had onions on it, instead of mushrooms. When we called Pizza Hut and they admitted they made the pizza incorrectly, they said we had to take it up with Door Dash since they delivered it. Even though Door Dash did nothing wrong. It was Pizza Hut who made the pizza incorrectly, and the person we spoke to refused to do anything to resolve it. We will never make the mistake of ordering from them again. Papa John's just got our business back for good!

Every time we've come for dine in (or even take out), everyone has been so sweet and kind! The food is always, always amazing. When they say no one out pizzas the Hut, they must be referring to Camden specifically. We also order the Large Stuffed Crust Pepperoni pizza and the crust to everything else ratio is PERFECT. We frequent our location just because the food is great, albeit a smidge pricey for what we order, but obviously that isn't slowing us down! Greatly appreciate you, Camden Pizza Hut!
