I never write reviews; but this place is bad. Placed a mobile order and went in to pick it up, you would’ve thought I just told the cashier that I wanted to order the whole menu. All of this was happening as she came out of the bathroom and went right to prepping my food without any gloves. I understand I’m not going eating at Gordon Ramsey Steakhouse but she was probably the most rude person that I’ve encountered at any fast food/store that I’ve been a customer at. And the food doesn’t make up for it. Just spend the extra few bucks and support a small business.

Waited 15 minutes inside to place my order. No one looked like they knew what they were doing. No slaw , had to wait on the biscuits another 10 minutes. Fries were soggy ,cold , and greasy.....Mac and cheese was like leather and dried hard, the chicken was the WORST greasy chicken I've EVER had. And the biscuits that just came out the oven were dry. Worst meal I've ever had. I will never go back. After picking at it and eating very little of it I felt nauseated afterwards from the grease. No stars from me.

Sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes no came to take my order. Went inside ordered waited 32 minutes for a 4 piece and 4 turnovers.

Everyone seems lost. There is no sense of urgency. They are unable to complete an order let alone get it right.

They parked you in front of the building and took forever to bring you your food.

This has got to be the worst Popeyes in America and that's saying a lot

Literally the 3 times I have gotten food from the Camden Popeyes it has been missing something. This last time missing 2 drinks, one sandwich. Does not seem to matter if you order delivery or at the counter, only plus to ordering at the counter it can be fixed before leaving. Great food awful quality control.

Just awful didn't have anything on menu fries where soggy and it took 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru to order and then ended up waiting another 45 minutes to get food in the parking lot then they didn't give me all my order I had to go in and get the rest of my order does unorganized and no leadership everybody's yelling at each other in there and they don't know what to do or who order what never again will I be there not that one and they will get no stars but it won't let me post it without adding one star

Tons of flies, ever table dirty, ordering was very difficult, took forever to get our food, order was wrong, not coming back.

Pulled through the drive thru, place my order. The guy on the speaker was completely rude and sounded frustrated that he was even taking the order. When I pulled up to the window as I was paying with my debit card, a guy walks around the front of my car and starts asking the guy at the window if he could place his order. He was apparently parked in the parking lot. The guy at the window told him he could in a few minutes and then rudely told me to park in a spot and wait on my food. The lady in the car parked beside me was reporting how rude the guy was and that she didn’t even get her card back. The guy told her he didn’t have it. I don’t ever complain about the drive thru services because I know they’re sometimes overwhelmed but this guy was extremely rude!!! The lady who brought the food out called the manager to let us both report the guy. Not sure if anything will be done but rest assured, that was my last time going there!!! Just trying to support my local restaurants and this guy ruined it for Popeyes in Camden!!

KT, the manager serviced my family and I. His customer device was great. Our food was hot. The order was correct as well.
