while down there on vacation, i stopped for popeyes. when i first got there, there was a bunch of workers gathered around one car and it smelled like a skunk outside. then when i got inside the server was rude, like i was unwelcome in the store. when i finally got my food some of the chicken had skin off of it like it was roughly handled and the mashed potatoes had been sitting for a while and they didnt taste very good.

Took 30 minutes to get food there was one older employee that was yelling and stressing out everyone in the restaurant, including the other employees. She couldn’t read the screen with the orders on it and kept trying to give me the wrong side and ended up just not giving me a side at all didn’t realize till I got back on the road.

Today’s drive-through experience was terrible. I waited about 10 minutes behind one car, finally got to the speaker, and they told me to “give them a moment.” Five minutes later, same person (male) comes back just to say they’re doing a shift change and if I want to order, I have to come inside.

That makes no sense and is a huge inconvenience. If you can’t take drive-through orders, close the lane instead of wasting people’s time before telling someone to hold on!

This location is consistently bad, night shift is unpredictable, and now it’s clear the day shift isn’t any better. I won’t be returning!

Way too overpriced for the amount of food you get. Paid $14 and got a tiny cup of Mac & cheese and six of the smallest boneless wings I’ve ever seen in my life.

My wife and I were on a road trip yesterday stopped in this Popeyes and grabbed a couple chicken sandwiches and a red beans and rice. Food was hot and fresh with quick service to get back on the road. Thanks

I live on Lake Wateree so it's like 24 miles to get to this restaurant to order food. Once we got home we found out the entire order was incorrect. The chicken was cooked so long there was nothing to eat other than bones and crust. So now I'm on my way back to there to have them remake my order. Now doesn't that piece of chicken just look so good? How is anybody supposed to actually eat this?
Actually I have been there twice before in the last week and had absolutely no problem. Everything was perfect. Today my mother goes to pick up our food and gets home and it's not even edible. I'm just waiting to see if they're going to pass this food back through the window which is a DHEC violation. No food that has gone to a customer is supposed to be brought back into the restaurant especially through the drive-thru window. For all I know or any of us know they could refuse this food and give it to someone else. That's a horrible thing to think about that may be the food we have is something that someone else returned. Yuck disgusting!

Okay here's an update. I just left the restaurant having my order replaced and they could not have been nicer! They actually had my replacement order ready and offered a very sincere apology! I will be returning!

Ordered 2 number 1 chicken sandwich combo. One with dirty rice rhe other with fries. Was told their wasn't any ice on today. So we had ordered sprite and a tea. Purchased all of this around 2-215pm. Rhe manager asked us to pull up and order will be brought to us i was thinking that they asked us to pull up because they were making the order fresh. Well in about 2 minutes our order was brought outside to us I didn't smell any freshness of fries or sandwiches. So the fries were cold because we git an extra fry and our sandwiches were s old and cold like they had been fried in old grease and left under the burner/warmer a long time because they were not fresh at all. And the dirty rice wasn't even spicy or dirty as u can see from picture. So disappointed I've tried calling this location several times no answer and 4 th call me picked up. I will contact corporate directly

The slowest service ever. Expedient apparently isn't in their vocabulary. The girl at the register couldn't have took longer to ring up the customer waiting in front of me. It's was like a full blown slow, 10 minute, discussion about the meal. Came here for lunch because I thought it would be quick. Only have 30 minutes for lunch. Between the wait just to order and waiting for my order. I Will not be back. Lack organizational skills.

I don't know what to say. Customer service is getting worse in some of these fast food restaurants. I sat here and drive through it and watched not one of them. 5 customers get their food. They have to pull over to the side.Horrible but everybody needs a job
