Went to Popeyes in lugoff my first and last. Nobody were in there and we waited Al most a hour for our food. The lady at the register she didn’t know what to do. she kept going for the manager, ask him questions adding things to the order that not supposed to be with it. The young lady at the window she seem to be a sweetheart a customer came to the window, and the order was wrong, and she told the manager, and he did outburst. Well that all we got take it or leave it. The lady up front she didn’t know what to do. The manager kept looking at laughing I didn’t see anything funny.. And another order was mess up he did another outburst well tell them it already pack up now. My Frist and last. The date was March 11 2024 . It’s ashame the way we were wait on . FIRST AND LAST !!

Ordered Ghost pepper wings and after 30 mins of wait we were given some very plain chicken wings (not the usual for ghost pepper). So we decided to call the restaurant since we already left and were on our way home and the lady told us apparently “they were out of ghost pepper wings seasoning”, but no one informed us when we ordered them and in that 30 mins we waited for them. She transferred us to the manager, he did not even say sorry and gave us very nasty attitude. No one cares about customers here.

SECONDHAND REVIEWMy wife stopped by while traveling home from work (02/16/2024). She had placed an online order prior to arriving, but found that the dining area doors locked. She then joined the drive-thru queue, and was informed at the menu board that someone would bring her order to her if she parked. After a brief period, her order was delivered to her vehicle and she departed. Upon arriving home, she checked the bag for the items but found a few were missing, including her receipt. Although we reside only 6 miles from the store, we decided that the need to retrieve the items was outweighed by the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre, at best, which was disappointing given the circumstances.TLDR: Will not order from this restaurant again.

I pulled up to the drive-through and waited 5 minutes. No response, I drove to the window and was told it was shift change, and I had to come in. I stood at the cashier with nobody there to take my order. They were getting orders ready slowly from the drive-through. After I ordered, 15 minutes later, I asked the 2 customers that were there before were they still awaiting for their food in which they replied, yes. I noticed then there were no cooked chicken in the trays. I asked the employees were is the chicken and if none was ready they could give me my money back. They said they had some coming up. The worst experience in any Popeyes chicken I've ever been to. The workers were very slow and had I don't give a $$&% attitude. Avoid this restaurant at all cost!!!

The workers here are terrible. Completely ignored me and had me waiting 30 minutes for a mobile order. Ask them why it’s taking so long and then they start making it??♀️. I had placed the order 10 mins prior to getting there. Manager was no help and have a nasty attitude. 5 people walked out as I was waiting. It wasn’t even busy. Won’t be coming her again. I wish I would make a negative star review!

Clean plenty of tables to dine in and also a fast drive through.easy access to highwayStaff was ok service was fast and orders were made correctly and fast but they sure didn't look happy to be there.food is out fast place is clean. Bathroom had toilet brush and plunger out in open which was nasty but other then that it was clean.The food was awful here.I don't no why but it had no flavor and this is the first Popeyes that's been this way for us. We spent $70 and ended up tossing most of it except the fries. The chicken was just not good here at this location. Visually looked normal but tasted blah which was weird for Popeyes.
