Went to Camden location last Wednesday. After waiting 15 minutes for my cheeseburgers and seeing at least 6 go out the drive thru I asked for a refund. Shift manager gave my refund after she made me wait so she could take chicken out of the cooker. I was not so bothered by the delays but she offered no apology. Posted complaint with corporate and also got no response. I thought they appreciated my business more than this. I know that they used to.

I’m sorry, the chicken taste like grocery store chicken Cracker Barrel has better fried chicken and the hotdog. It looks like somebody sat on it before they served it to us. It was all smooshed and not a lot of flavor with the chocolate shake.
We were the only ones in the drive through line but had to wait 10-15 mins for our food.
