The attitudea from these employees are ridiculous. There's no reason someone should be so rude because a customer pulled up to a stall. Literally walked to the front stall and still was waiting 10 mins never places my order because it was not worth it. Rather travel to Columbia then go back to this one

I've just changed a 5 star review from years ago to a 1 star. Whoever is managing this location is an utter failure. There's a male employee that's horrible to the female employees. There's other attitudes I've just ignored, too. The location is always out of some item. The last 2 weeks it has been spoons. This is just lazy management. Today, they were trying to figure out why the car behind me wouldn't order, and I told the employees they needed to turn up the volume because it was almost impossible to hear them over the speaker. Guy in the back said something highly unprofessional. Don't know if it was for me or the car waiting, but I won't be back either way.

The Camden location has quickly gone to shit. Slow service and when you do get service, it’s just people being bitchy at you. Slushy machine never works and the food sucks compared to the few other locations I frequent. I’ve decided I’m giving up on this location and will not return

Took forever to get food thru the driveway, it was a simple number 1 combo. The employees seem like they didn't care at all about trying to get things done. Definitely made the customers feel as if we were on their time and not the other way around.

For two and a half months the So ic o. West Dekalb St in Camden, SC has not had diet cherry limeade as a drink. It shouldn't take a fast food restaurant two and a half months together cherry syrup to make the diet cherry limeade. The one in Lugoff is so much better and always has my drink.

Put the girls back working, because when I ask and pay for extra sauce on June 19th 2025 at 10:46pm and they give me no sauce. Explain that. And then I ask do I got plenty sauce in the bag and they say yes yet knowing I have none they smile. Really? As a business owner that’s sad. Thank you.

Big Daddy

Went yesterday to get some food and they are charging more than the prices listed on the menu. When I questioned them about it I was told that they had price increases and it wasn't their problem that the wrong prices were listed on the menu. The server had a real bad attitude. I wound up leaving without any food. I refuse to pay for anything that's being charged more than the listed price. I had been a frequent customer multiple times a week since they opened but now I will not longer be going back. The employees also park in the stalls where you order taking up customer space. This used to be a nice place and good food but not anymore. The burgers are cold and the meat is usually hard like it's been sitting for awhile. The car hops are rude and have attitudes like they are being bothered by having to do their job. It's sad. A lot of the menu boards don't even work. This place has gone down hill big time.

Order was wrong. The little blonde at the window acted like I was interrupting her from doing something more important and rolled her eyes more than once just while paying. I’m sorry if I inconvenienced the workers by having them do their job. Won’t happen again because I will not be returning.

If I could give this experience a zero, I would. My husband waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru for a caramel shake for me. After repeating his correct order, they gave him a vanilla shake, which I discovered when he got home with it. I NEVER make complaints, I shaky just never go back, but this time I thought I should tell someone. I was only calling to tell them they have us the wrong shake after waiting such a long time. Before I could finish my sentence after I said he waited 30 min, the “manager” Lauren immediately cut me off and had a major attitude, telling me how short-staffed they were! How unprofessional!! All I was going to say was that they gave me the wrong shake, I wasn’t asking for anything or coming back for the right one. I simply wanted them to know they screwed up…but since she started in on ME before I could complete my sentence, I stopped her. What kind of incompetent, rude children do you hire there??? I will NEVER be back. I told her when I used to be short-staffed at my jobs, number one I did not yell at the customer, and number two, I did my job correctly!! It may take longer, but it can still be CORRECT.

Ordered 5 piece chicken straps and tots!
The chicken straps were real dark brown and hard looked like they were cooked over and over,couldn't eat them!
The tots were covered in salt I couldn't tasted nothing but salt!
$11 for something I can't eat!
Not going back there again!!

Used to frequent this place. Not going back anymore. There is no excuse for my pickup order to be half and hour late. I got to watch every stage of sunset from your restaurant (which is not at all what I wanted to do). Employees didn't even apologize or at least tell me it was going to be 30 minutes longer than expected after giving me my COLD FOOD. Get it together.
