Ordered 5 piece chicken straps and tots! The chicken straps were real dark brown and hard looked like they were cooked over and over,couldn't eat them! The tots were covered in salt I couldn't tasted nothing but salt! $11 for something I can't eat! Not going back there again!!

Used to frequent this place. Not going back anymore. There is no excuse for my pickup order to be half and hour late. I got to watch every stage of sunset from your restaurant (which is not at all what I wanted to do). Employees didn't even apologize or at least tell me it was going to be 30 minutes longer than expected after giving me my COLD FOOD. Get it together.

I was barked at and constantly interrupted placing my order at the drive. I ordered mozzarella sticks and onion rings recieved no sauces after asking multiple times. I ordered a route 44 sweet tea and got a coke. I hate coke- a complete wasted of my money.

Reading the customer's orders. The staff was too lazy to add lettuce and tomatoes to my burgers. Instead of recreating my food and wasting the customer's time, you gave me tomatoes and lettuce in a bowl. I, as the consumer, am not compensated to prepare food. Employees are simply too lazy to do it themselves.

Ordered hamburger wacky pack plain with cheese and tots. Recieved mustard, ketchup, pickle( everything I said no to) and got no cheese which I know I was charged for and instead of tots got half full carton of the worst fries I've ever seen. I don't appreciate my $ being taken like that, I'm disable. I keep saying I will never go back to sonic cause they NEVER GET IT RIGHT. This time I absolutely mean it. Not worth the stress of getting ripped off all the time.only gave 1 star cause I was forced to.
