Reading the customer's orders. The staff was too lazy to add lettuce and tomatoes to my burgers. Instead of recreating my food and wasting the customer's time, you gave me tomatoes and lettuce in a bowl. I, as the consumer, am not compensated to prepare food. Employees are simply too lazy to do it themselves.

Ordered hamburger wacky pack plain with cheese and tots. Recieved mustard, ketchup, pickle( everything I said no to) and got no cheese which I know I was charged for and instead of tots got half full carton of the worst fries I've ever seen. I don't appreciate my $ being taken like that, I'm disable. I keep saying I will never go back to sonic cause they NEVER GET IT RIGHT. This time I absolutely mean it. Not worth the stress of getting ripped off all the time.only gave 1 star cause I was forced to.

Stopped by for dinner after my nephew's game. Had 3 supposedly starving kids and 4 adults. Young lady who took our long order was patient and I was worried with all our add ins and changes our order would be wrong when it came out however I was wrong. Our order was delivered quickly and 100% correct! Excellent service!
Nothing was missing from my order. That's a win in my book.

Sonic is amazing. Service is always good they mostly always get the order right. Food is always hot and fresh. I don't know how they do it! When I compare to other places that take forever and get it wrong. Hartsville Sonic gets it right!Only bad part is the loud trucks that go there can be annoying. Definitely a local vibe.
Dietary restrictions: They have the best variety selection for drinks that offer sugar-free options helpful for diet restrictions compared to most other fast food places. My favorite at Sonic is the carbonated water with sugar-free flavorings and a variety of sizes.
Parking: They have plenty of stalls for ordering and parking without ordering to accommodate playground activities and Community events. They can manage a crowd.
Kid-friendliness: They have a playground, a sandy volleyball court. Community events but most of all a nice selection of menu items variety for kids .
Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps and parking spaces for handicapped.
