Stopped by for dinner after my nephew's game. Had 3 supposedly starving kids and 4 adults. Young lady who took our long order was patient and I was worried with all our add ins and changes our order would be wrong when it came out however I was wrong. Our order was delivered quickly and 100% correct! Excellent service!

Sonic is amazing. Service is always good they mostly always get the order right. Food is always hot and fresh. I don't know how they do it! When I compare to other places that take forever and get it wrong. Hartsville Sonic gets it right!Only bad part is the loud trucks that go there can be annoying. Definitely a local vibe.Dietary restrictions: They have the best variety selection for drinks that offer sugar-free options helpful for diet restrictions compared to most other fast food places. My favorite at Sonic is the carbonated water with sugar-free flavorings and a variety of sizes.Parking: They have plenty of stalls for ordering and parking without ordering to accommodate playground activities and Community events. They can manage a crowd.Kid-friendliness: They have a playground, a sandy volleyball court. Community events but most of all a nice selection of menu items variety for kids .Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps and parking spaces for handicapped.
Not good they messed up my order wont go back. Didn't tell me after I already ordered that they didn't have onion rings. The person said I would get it back on my card and that was Monday and today is Friday. Omg you had me wait for mozzarella sticks and they were cold. Won't go there poor service and they don't k own what they do or don't have!! Took them 20 mins for mozzarella sticks.UGH

We went on a school sponsored night and were never even given the chance to take our order in 20 minutes. So we left. I'm sure the school event was the reason, but this isn't the first time with poor service.

It’s a shame when you spend so much money at a place and they send home two slab’s of bread two small pieces of tomato a little lettuce and half a piece of bacon and then have the nerve to call it a BLTAbsolutely discussed and then when you call to complain you get a fax machineShame onYou Sonic

Order a small shake with Reese's Cups. Get to the window and they pull me up to wait for a small shake with Reese's Cups!!! Are you kidding me?!?! After waiting 10 mins, and seeing cars get bags of food before my SMALL SHAKE WITH REESE'S CUPS was ready for me, I went in a hot a refund! Absolutely Ridiculous that I was even moved up to wait for a small shake!! I now have remembered why I stop coming to this place!! As I'm waiting for my refund, my shake was finally ready!!! Zero Stars

Don’t bother with any drink customizations. They won’t do it and will charge you for it anyway. Wasted money on a drink that wasn’t what I wanted or ordered. The wait times at the screens can be up to 45 minutes for the wrong order to be brought out. This was the 3rd time in a row this has happened and I’ll be going to Lugoff Sonic from now on.
