I absolutely love the lady with the colorful (this trip it was purple)hair,she writes the cutest messages on my and my daughter’s cup every time. My shaken oatmilk expresso, said shaken with love.. super cute,made my morning! It’s the small things that stand out..

Our nail technician ordered a hot chocolate and paid for it. She waited 20 minutes and had to leave to get to work. No hot chocolate and they refused to refund her Do better!!

This store normally gets my order perfect, I order on the app all the time and never have issues. My order today was completely wrong when the instructions were very clear and it’s the same exact thing I order all the time. These products are way too expensive to mess up. I go through the drive through and I am unable to and do not have the time to return to the store and have them correct it, nor should I have to.

I think it must be a requirement to be rude to people picking up online orders. I hate going into this store; the employees WILL NOT acknowledge you and walk away while you are mid question and all you are trying to do is make sure you're picking up everything that was ordered.

It's Starbucks which are mostly all pretty standard with usual snafus from time to time. I do believe the best time to get coffee is early morning even though they have the super deluxe refrigerator machine here. For some reason, coffee always tasted better earlier rather than later.
