We just left there tonight as we go quite often, and ordered the same drink we always have, usually without issue. However, when the guy handed us our order the cup was half full, not including the whip cream. We asked if they could fill it up with soy milk, as we hadnt said half soy, and he got snarky, rolled his eyes and said we had to order a latte for that. We tried to say it again, to which we got the same attitude. Instead of arguing we just left, having spent a full price for a half drink. We've ordered this drink countless times before with no issue. The real thing that irks me isnt our messed up drink, but the attitude we were given when we were nothing but respectful and didn't pay for the sub par service we were provided.

The people who work here, the food, and the drink, are all excellent! That said, what were they thinking when they put up the sign boards at the drive-thru? We're they thinking at all, that day? Why is the menu board placed "after" the intercom board? It is difficult to see where it is. If there is a line and you pull forward to view the menu, most times the car behind you pulls forward and you cannot back up to use the intercom. Putting the menu board after the intercom makes no sense at all. Can you at least turn the menu board panels where they face the driver of a car while they are at the intercom? I would have rated you as five stars but for that weird menu board placement. Thank You!

I guess I can consider myself a regular. Nijah & Quana always goes the extra mile to greet the customers when they enter with a warm smile and by name im new to the area and never really was a fan of Starbucks coffee. I took a chance I wish the double smoke sandwich was overstocked

I visit this Starbucks more than I’d like to admit. Most of the baristas have memorized my order—Quad Espresso over ice, whip cream in grande cup, flat lid🤣 Love this Starbucks and their staff.

The staff at this location are so friendly! On this day at 2 PM, the lady that was working the window was so nice. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she went out of the way to make my drink exactly how I wanted. I have high anxiety, so sometimes my orders can be a bit complicated. She was very patient and an overall joy. I will definitely be returning!
Wanted to try a new sandwich today. I opened the bag and this is what it looked like. My bacon looks raw. Really sad cause I was excited to try it ????

Everyone seems nice-been here several times enroute to the coast. But I must say-the staff appear to be undertrained as the drinks are rarely at the level of a proper Starbucks. Often times trash is on the floor. Today, three employees-one making drinks the other two were sharing a joke. Don’t ask for a tip if you are doing less than.0
