I spent $14 on 2 mocha Frappuccinos. Didn't taste like coffee. Just expired thick milk with a drop of mocha. Shame on this particual location

I am quite disappointed, as I have ordered this item numerous times. I always prefer my tea to be warm, and I specifically inquired with the gentleman if it was warm, to which he confirmed it was. Naturally, upon taking a sip, I burned my tongue. When I brought this to his attention, he offered to make it warmer. However, I did not desire it to be hot; I wanted it warm. Additionally, I requested almond milk, which was not reflected on the receipt. I inquired if he had indeed included it, and he assured me he had, explaining that he simply did not include it on the order because he remembered. Considering he informed me my tea was warm when it was not, I am unsure if I can trust his word.

Bravo to the team that is running this Starbucks! We're staying in town a couple of weeks and these guys have consistently made my orders to perfection! I have a fairly new Starbucks (over a year opened) in my town and they just can't seem to get it right, so I really appreciate a fine running one! Keep up the great work!!! I will be back!
Stopped in on our way home from Myrtle Beach to grab some coffee and stretch our legs. Looks like it was a new built Starbucks!
The inside of the coffee shop and bathroom were very clean. The barista that helped us at the counter was very welcoming and had a smile on her face.
We ordered a salted caramel cream cold brew, iced caramel macchiato and 3 ham & Swiss croissants. We got our order within 7 minutes!
Drinks were made just right and our croissants nice and hot! 10 out 10
If you’re passing through, definitely swing in and grab a coffee!

At first I was giving the benifit of the doubt when this starbucks first opened.. so I waited a couple months to try again.. still, couldn't get an order right. Today I tried one more time. After being open for a year now, I am convinced this starbucks is never busy because they are just not good. Probably never coming back again. The starbucks on Delkab is further from me then this one, but imma just drive further to keep going there. Do y'all even train your people? I order off the menu with no modifications, but somehow my order is always messed up. Really disappointing because this location is in a prime spot.
