Had an online order, got to the store and waited at the counter. Everyone was busy, I noticed shelves for to go orders. I looked and my order was there. Got my order and headed outside. While getting in my car an employee came out wanting to look at my receipt. I called and spoke with the owner. He said it was for my protection to make sure no one grabbed an order that wasn't theirs. If that is a problem remove the shelves and keep orders behind the counter. I'm not a thief and I will never go back. To be honest, It pissed me off. Just moved here and wanted to try them out.

They are always so sweet. Makes my day especially when I’m having a rough one. The food is always delicious and they make you feel important while you are ordering. Favorite place to go to get subs.
The food was not made as requested online. Tried to give me an incomplete order. I ordered chocolate chip cookies. They were out. I ordered 2 large sweet teas. They were out. I had to ask for replacement cookies and then asked for a refund of our drinks. I was told I would have to come back for that because the manager was not in the store at that time. Worst substation II experience that I had ever had.
