They are always so sweet. Makes my day especially when I’m having a rough one. The food is always delicious and they make you feel important while you are ordering. Favorite place to go to get subs.

The food was not made as requested online. Tried to give me an incomplete order. I ordered chocolate chip cookies. They were out. I ordered 2 large sweet teas. They were out. I had to ask for replacement cookies and then asked for a refund of our drinks. I was told I would have to come back for that because the manager was not in the store at that time. Worst substation II experience that I had ever had.

I love them, because I've never had a dry sub or hero sandwich. Now me being a New Yorker, I know a thing or two about sandwiches. So far, to date, I've only tried my beloved Blimpie's and Subway. But I'll keep that tier of heirachy to myself for future reviews. This particular substation 2 is the best in Kershaw County or SC for that matter by far... hands down. I'm not lying.
