A man came in ten minutes after me already waiting for five to ten minutes. He left before me somehow. I made a comment about how someone can come after me and leave the store before me and I was called stupid by the woman. This was at 4:30pm on 8/5/2025. I ordered a cold sandwich and so did he. The time before, the same woman was making my sandwich and I had to ask her to allow the other employee to make it because she was throwing the sandwich together like it was for an animal. I was completely respectful in explaining myself. She called me stupid and retarded.

Ordered a sub on wheat told girl twice wheat bread she put it on white bread took it to counter your employee argued with me ask for my money back she left me sitting whole lunch break before she refunded my money I want be coming back in here until your employees are trained proper

Someone had ordered a bunch of subs, and there was a line of other customers. The two employees were awesome at keeping up with everything.

Before ordering I told the girl I had a coupon. Order a meatball sub with provolo. Told they were out of provolone and when I got home I was shocked to see only 5 small meatballs and lots more sauce. The sauce was really sugary..roll was soggy due to all the sauce. I won't go back!

Currently at this location at 8:00pm and there are 2 employees inside, but they locked the door with 30 minutes left before closing
This subway 9 times out of 10 does not have the meat needed to make you want. Today it's turkey!
I ordered 2 pizza subs and a protein bowl online. They called me to let me know they were out of that particular meat. Unfortunately I missed the call and called back right away. The person answered the phone immediately and got my order updated. Excellent service. The subs and protein bowl were perfect and delicious. No complaints!

While the food is fine, the staff are constantly bickering, acting like children, and yelling at each other while making your food, and stop frequently during in order to make jokes at the others expense. Theyve done this on multiple occasions, even when theres a long line, and proceed to often try to fet the customer in on the jokes and bickering. Overall it results in slowing down the process and makes guests feel uncomfortable.

So last night 9/30/2024, I placed an order through the app for 3 footlongs and 3 cookies at 6:43 pm. I arrived at the store at 7:00 when my order was supposed to be ready. My stepdaughter went in to get it, well it wasn't ready. We waited 45 freaking minutes!!!! It took them 1 hour to make 3 sandwiches!!! They didn't even bother cooking the cookies until they had made our sandwiches, they told me they couldn't wrap the cookies because they were too hot and would crumble. Nope, they could have sat there all night and still would have fell apart because they were still raw! I get they were busy. They tried to tell me they have no control over online orders. What is there to control? The order is placed and a receipt with said order is printed out. I have already paid for my food and you're gonna make me wait 45 minutes to get it, when the people in the store ordering haven't even paid for theirs yet? I mean they've only been there all of 5 minutes, my order was placed an hour ago! And the thing that really pissed me off is, I order through the app all the time; it is always ready within 15 minutes. They just didn't want to make it. I don't know who owns this place, but SOME of your employees, need more training.

When there today around 1:45pm. Black light skin chick. Told me I had to pay for bacon that suppose to come on the Chicken bacon ranch wrap. In which I advised her that I got it before why would I be charged for bacon that suppose to come on the wrap. She stated if come on the roster re chicken. I told her that not true because the grill was the chicken bacon ranch wrap for subway. But I left and didn't give them a cent if my money. Wraps already 13.00 plus tax and something and you want to charge me for bacon that suppose to come on it. Lmao. I will make my own before I give someone more money to cheat me. No Thanks! Subway in Camden SC if this is true Your company should be ashamed. I can go get the bread and cookies for Otis Spunkmeyers myself. Lol.
The 2 ladies today 6/15 11 am... multi tasked like champs and did everything spot on. They need a raise and good marks on their file asap!

I went to Subway about 7ish the sandwich artist was very courteous and since I walked with a walker she asked if I needed help getting back to the car with my bag,I said no but thank you. Now that was some excellent service!
