Came through the drive thru during breakfast rush at around 8:00 am. Wasnt surprised they were busy and we were okay with waiting. However, thru were out of the type of drink we ordered, so we got Pepsi instead. No ice in the cups, zero. On top of our warm pepsi, our bo rounds were either burnt or refried. Will be avoiding this location - Red Bank is much better!

This is the second experience I’ve had with Bojangles that was very unprofessional. A lot of them lack customer service skills. I had an order replacement put in by Nick the manager and whenever I went up there the next day to get it, Kim, the other manager had an attitude the whole time And even took it upon herself to throw the food at us. Other customers were complaining about how bad the service was there and they would never come back. I would suggest either hire employees to work there or send corporate to monitor what all is going on at that location , that was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. I do not plan on coming back and neither do the other customers that were in there with us last night. Don’t go here for the bo bites. If you want any of them, they cook them down to nothing. The best location is the one on number 6 by I-77. These people have the worst attitudes. As an ex customer service manager these employees Would be fired I wouldn’t even give them an opportunity of being Wrote up. Very unprofessional and that’s an understatement.

RUDE. every last worker is just down right rude. Order ahead doesn't matter. They'll leave you sitting there however long you decide until you get fed up. Politely wait for the line to go down and go through the drive thru to be told to pull up when there's no one behind me, ONLY to sit there for another 20 minutes . Then have an attitude when you finally bring the food. Just find another job if you're that miserable. Wasted all that money on the rebuild just to have shitty employees . Smh. Just sad .

Can't complain at all, had good service. That's liable to change with employees of course. But it was clean, didn't take long, and it was good.
They gave my son and I all really small pieces of chicken. Their tea is watered down, barely sweet. Fries were good but could clearly tell they cooked them twice if you know what I mean. It's pretty good if you want an appetizer, I guess. Clearly their trying to cut back even more, we used to get a whole family dinner for 30$ now you get 6 tiny pieces of chicken...
