Did drive thru and got a 3 PC meal. I got 2 pieces of spicy not by choice

Robot got our order correct however when we got to the window we were given the wrong order. We told this to the worker and started to explain what our actual order was and she cut us off asking what our drinks were and that she ‘already knew our combos’. We were then asked to pull up (which we expected because we asked for bo-rounds which would be a five minute wait) after about 10-15 minutes we were given our order which was missing the biscuit part of the combo. Workers were rude. How does the robot AI get it right but the workers get it wrong three times?

The employees were very rude . I was shorted a sausage biscuit, I took everything back. I stood in line,waited my turn ,when I told the lady my order was wrong,she told me to move over to the side. She then waited on other customers. They all got their meals and left, She went back to the kitchen area and started helping with drive through orders.I was still standing there. I asked why I was still standing there ,the same rude lady snapped at me,she was trying to get orders out.Then the second employee came out and asked what I needed. I told her I was missing a sausage biscuit. I asked her to replace my whole order,which included wings and fries because it was all cold. I again waited whie she started restocking chicken and wiping down the kitchen area. I again asked why I was still waiting,she finally brought out my food. Guess what,no fries in with my wings. I asked for the fries,she snapped,you did 'nt asked for fries. I was angry by then,I got rude and walked out. Never again!! This used yo be a wonderful Bojangles!! What the heck happenrd?? The best part of my meal was my drink

The restaurant was very busy but the staff worked really hard to serve customers timely. However timely service was at the expense of undercooked chicken, which is NEVER a good idea. 🤢

The manager was slow and said that the drive thru go fast and the cashier act like she didn't want to be there. Me and other customers that walked in was not happy.
