I ordered a 4 pc fish dinner with fried okra and cole slaw, along with a giant fish sandwich and large Pepsi. I didn't get a 4 pc fish, this looks like possibly chicken? It's definitely not fish in the dinner ordered. My husband didn't complete the meal, kept saying it's not fish.

2/21/25, 7 pm. Usually good experiences. Been coming to this location for decades. But tonight, it took exactly one hour from taking my order to being served. Inexperienced servers and busy when I arrived but not overly slammed. Everyone who came before and after me had eaten and left except 1 couple and a family, all by the time I took my first bite. The 2 servers argued about who messed up. Hard to say if I'll return to this restaurant. I feel let down. Ordered deluxe crab platter and oysters. Definitely the longest time I've ever spent inside of a Captain D's.

Some lady spoke kinda rude on Sunday at 5:14pm talking can you pull up . It's how she said it .. no body was in line had me waiting 20 minutes

I had a cheesecake for dessert after dinner. It was delicious. Food was fresh. The tables were clean and people were very nice.

I was hungry so I went to the location on Knox Abbott and the service was poor she brought me my plate and it broke on the table so I had to get some napkins and eat off the napkin I understand you have a bad day but pls don't take it on your customer

Food had no flavor. Definitely order the tartar sauce. The order board had things that were discontinued. 🤦🏽♀️ Staff wasn’t very helpful or hospitable. Will more than likely not be visiting this place again.
