⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Flavor-packed seafood with Southern charm!
We stopped by Captain D’s and were blown away by how satisfying everything was. The spicy fish had just the right kick—crispy on the outside, flaky on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. The fried shrimp were golden and juicy, not greasy, and had that classic crunch you hope for. And the hush puppies? Pillowy, savory, and slightly sweet—exactly what you'd want to round out a seafood feast.
Service was quick and friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. For a fast-casual spot, Captain D’s really nailed the flavor and quality. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re craving seafood with a Southern twist!

Meals purchased Monday 7/14/2025 around 8:30 pm. 2 hours After eating my ultimate feast I got extremely sick fierce vomiting, chills, worst headache in my life. Day two & still feel horrible. My wife started with symptoms 12 hours after eating one of my deviled crabs. We will not have The Captain again.

Horrible service. Cashiers do not listen to orders. Update- instant stomach pains and diarrhea after eating the food I got. It's now the next day and I'm still not able to eat and still sick. Sucks because I used to love Captain D's in Virginia but this is far from it.

Worst fries in drive-thru history! They were cold, old, and didn't have a grain of salt on them; they had to be thrown away.
Also, I was given two knives and a spoon. I'm pretty sure three forks would have been more useful. Heck -- one would have sufficed.
Besides those issues above, the fish was delicious.
This once good restaurant has went down in service and food Quality. It is not as good as it once was. The Quality is terrible as well as the service. They need to retrain Employees, They take too long to bring the food and it cost to much to wait forever for our food!!

June 21,2025 The honest to God WORST place to go for both food and service. After being asked to pull up from the drive-through window to the front side of the restaurant for an already previously placed online order the wait continued for an additional 24 minutes. Subsequently I was finally brought out “my” order which turned out to be the wrong order belonging to someone else 🙄. Then after sitting and waiting an additional six minutes I was brought out my order only to look in my bag and discover that it was prepared incorrectly 🤦🏻♀️. I received french fries instead of the baked potato and three chicken fingers in place of an order of fried shrimp. In my exhaustion, I had only noticed the omission of my baked potato at the time (suffice it to state that I had become exhausted while waiting) and went through the drive-through AGAIN to receive my already paid for *baked potato. I didn’t realize until I got home that I didn’t receive my order of shrimp. * the baked potato given me was cold and severely undercooked
Do NOT go to this location!!! Horrible just horrible (in every respect)!!!
