Currently been in the drive thru line for 30 minutes with two cars ahead of us just sitting here. This is extremely unacceptable, there is no world in-which making coffee should be taking this long. We would have left ages ago but are blocked in by a car behind us. Big waste of time. Something has got to change, I've had good experiences here in the past but it's so inconsistent I don't know if I'll go back. Which is a shame because I live close and love dunkin, this place doesn't meet the standard at all.

Order a large iced latte. No large straws. Imagine drinking a latte with a too small straw. Very messy. They donāt seem to care

Drinks were great. Food was great. The service was less than great. I couldn't understand the guy taking the order; I guess he handed the mic to someone else...she couldn't understand ME...said "huh?" Or "what?" Multiple times. Frustrating. We really liked the stuff when we got it, though.

The attitudes the two young ladies had was so uncalled for. They treated every customer as if they were interrupting their day by coming in there. I have been a customer of this chain almost my whole life and the customer service this location delivers is not acceptable and the cup of coffee was weak. They don't even know how to make a light and sweet cup of coffee but can give you their bitter attitude . They also didn't carry the majority of the items on the menu. For Columbia people go to Devine st , St. Andrews or on the River. Those locations know how to provide service and cups of coffee that Dunkin would be proud to claim.

I mobile ordered, walked in while young lady was making my drink I saw her dispensing regular iced coffee, my order at 6pm was for decaf, so I said can you make it decaf she insisted it was! It is 6am and I am not asleep. Frustrated as I gave them another chance from last week when they were extremely rude. This location is very sad. It could be a big money maker if it was run properly.
