Most unfriendly staff ever. Three employees working two customers in store and four cars at drive thru and they locked the doors saying they were understaffed. Do with that what you will.

Food was burnt and barely edible. Staff had a serious attitude problem and seemed irritated by even basic questions. The whole atmosphere felt unwelcoming and careless. Definitely one of the worst Dunkin’ visits I’ve had. Would not recommend.

Worker on shift was very rude and aggressive over the microphone, rushing me through my own order then got it wrong, got aggravated with me and got aggressive and an attitude with me when my order was wrong and I had other people in the car that wanted food and she didn’t want to hear their order and was just very rude. Ended up leaving. I love Dunkin but getting treated the way I was at this Dunkin makes me not want to go to that Dunkin again, or any Dunkin.

Heard on radio 106.7 about gamecock donuts to launch the WBB playoffs! Drove from Clemson Road to Knox Abbott because only 2 locations were participating- the other Devine Street. Get there and door sign states closed. Saw a car in the drive thru and asked if they were open after someone tried the lobby door before me. It was a YES! We both drove thru. Ordered the strawberry gamecock and an additional chocolate/chocolate along with Dunkin gamecock stickers for $5.99!

Initially told while in a packed drive through that they are only doing food inside which was the fiest red flag.. Most of the staff was trying to keep up with the rush and doing a good job of it.. the one black girl with the red hair was giving attitude to everyone (no name tag).. She made my girlfriends drink wrong, when the gf asked her nicely to please pour some out and just add a little more coffee she threw the whole drink in a sink. Made another with decaf (guessing we wouldn't notice, but we did) .. when asked to please have regular coffee she insisted it was the same as regular coffee... when asked again for a regular coffee instead of decaf she threw the whole drink in a sink again...began talking shit talking about how aggravating we are and made it right... the rest of the time here she has given us nasty looks and loudly talked about how aggravating we are... avoid this place if possible

I was in the mood for something sweet, so I stopped by and asked the staff to make me a surprise coffee —kind of like roulette. The lady who made it was top-notch. She made sure to check if I had any allergies or dislikes before she put it together. That item was amazing, packed with flavor and perfectly mixed. I’ll definitely be back to thank her and leave a tip for her skills. Truly outstanding!

Been in drive through for over 30 mins. There was no response at the speaker so I put a mobile order in. When I got to the windows my hubby nocked on the window to let the workers now I put in a mobile order the young lady at the windows was flippant and rude
I waited 40 minutes and they forgot part of my order.

Hospitality was TERRIBLE!!!! Me and my wife arrived at precisely 7:38, a full 22 minutes before drive through was closed and the staff refused to give us service!! Staff was standing around and told us they were closed when the drive thru was clearly open. We proceeded to go through the drive thru again and were ignored. We finally gave up and went to the better coffee place, Starbucks, as a result. They treated us well and their service was EXCELLENT unlike this place. SAD! 🤬

Went 30 minutes before closing and the store had an open sign, went to the drive through, no response. We stopped only to see single worker sitting inside and doing nothing, looking at his phone and ignoring us. Awful service

We went through the drive through half an hour before close and nobody answered. We went around the front because the open sign was still on with all of the lights, and when we tried to go in the door was locked. The guy working looked at us from inside, just shrugged, and wouldn’t get up to let us in or take our order through the drive through. Idk why he was even there with all the lights on if he wasn’t going to serve people lol
