Ordered a Chicken wrap and large Italian! Got home and had received a Chicken BBQ sandwich! Went back with both orders as the Italian was so soggy on the bottom! Did get the wrap but they did nothing about the soggy bread Italian! Go here often and this experience is not typical of Firehouse!

The manager that has Art tattooed on her chest was totally rude and got our order wrong. Then argued after seeing a receipt that she was right. I watched her then berate several other customers and one even returned their wrong order and walked out.

The most hit or miss firehouse ive ever been to. Sometimes you get the right sub and everything runs smoothly, or half the time you get the wrong sub and the employees dont do what you ask. Usually its good but the most recent time I went, I told the person at the drive thru that I would like to use my free sub reward. They took my phone to scan and then requested my card which I was confused by but I gave it to them. They came back and I expected to have gotten a free sub but once I read the receipt while waiting, I realize they charged me for the sub and didn't scan my reward. In the meantime before I look at my receipt, the person comes outside to bring me my sub. He asks if I had a meatball sub which I say no. He then realizes he gave my sub to the person infront of me and that person had already driven away. Usually the subs and service are good, and I enjoy the convenience of the drive thru. But after unexpectedly being charged for my sub and consistently having issues, I doubt I will be back. If you are looking for a great, fast firehouse, I recommend the one on Augusta rd/dreher rd.

I have been going to firehouse for yrs. And this is the worst sandwich I gave yet 😫 who in there right mind put extra mayo on the bottom of a sandwich. Ease always extra on top for a great sandwich.
I frequent Firehouse establishments fairly often. I ordered my food on the app and it stated it would be ready at 1:15. At 1:45 I asked about my order and they had not even started it yet. Other patrons would come in, order and leave within 10 minutes. Other customers that had ordered something had been waiting for almost an hour. This place definitely needs some training and order to their chaos. They were also out of Coke and cheese .. I hope the managers can rectify this establishment otherwise I will never revisit this location again.

The 17 year old dei employees always get your order wrong I order a med. White bread turkey lettuce tomato mayo swiss cheese salt and pepper that's it.the last 3 times I've had no cheese and or no salt and pepper and one time they even gave me undercooked bacon on my sub that I did not order you get 2 small tomato's on a med sub. Seriously. Go to the one across from chic fil la at route 1 and dreher road west columbia sc much better.
