Our cake tasting went seamlessly and he was very responsive to emails/inquires in the months leading up to our wedding. When our big day arrived, we had the most gorgeous wedding cake! Our cake effortlessly complemented our theme and tasted amazing! No cake went home! I would highly recommend Gardenia’s Custom Cakes & Catering for any of your special occasions!

You were very professional during our tasting and explained the favors and texture down to the toppings. You captured my attention especially when you stated, “you do not replicate the same cake design twice”.Chef, I’m saying thank you for creating a stunning, luxurious conversational masterpiece for our wedding and it was delicious! Let’s not discuss the desserts. Guest are still raving about how tasteful the desserts were in addition to the cake! You are awesome!I’ve already purchased my next 2 cakes!

If you have not had the pleasure of enjoying a dessert box from Gardenia’s Custom Cakes then you’re missing out. Desmond T Pringle is the proud owner and he takes his craft seriously. The dessert box I ordered for the holidays was amazing. The taste is superb and the customer service is superior. My family enjoyed everything and I can’t wait to order again. I ordered a custom cake from Gardenia's Custom Cakes & Catering LLC, for my husband's quarantine "graduation celebration". Working with Chef Pringle was excellent! Communication was prompt and he explained the ordering process clearly. He was able to incorporate the cake design with the occasion seamlessly! My husband is generally difficult to please when it comes to baked items of any kind. He absolutely LOVED his cake!
The ingredients were fresh, rich and of high-quality. The design was aesthetically attractive and original. Every bite was absolute and pure JOY!

Desmond is TRULY THE BEST!!! He has created cakes for myself and my family for all celebrations and events since 2014! From our baby shower, wedding cake, and all of my daughters birthday cakes. He will take your vision and blow you away with his creativity! My family and I will ONLY use Gardenias for as long as he’s in business!!!
