Was visiting South Carolina, and heard from family that this location was the best spot for ordering donuts. Safe to say that they were right. We ordered 3 dozen donuts from this place, and I absolutely loved the original glazed flavor—warm, soft, and melted in your mouth as you eat them.
I also liked the paper hats that they had available for customers to wear. I thought that was a cute addition.

Visit this location and order two dozen of doughnuts, one dozen was a variety costing 20.00 and the other was a glazed dozen. The variety dozen did not contain none of the doughnuts selected online and had been taped to another order. The associate did not let me know they were out of the cheese cake or New York cheese cake and several other doughnuts instead she place in the dozen what she thought I would like. I was very unsatisfied with the disrespect of not asking before she made these selection. I traveled far away only to get home to only a few of the doughnuts I selected. The label even specified the ones selected. I spend 34.64 dollars on these doughnuts. The glazed doughnuts were warm and delicious.Hoping this post helps the business.

We all love krispy Kreme but this was horrible service because if I paid for something i expected to get that unless you told me you ran out. But the cashier took it upon herself to actually put whatever doughnuts she liked in the box because she never said or asked would you like something else. No disrespect but I just thought if she at least tried to ask us what we wanted I would have at least took it better. It was nothing of what I ordered I just don't think it's fair. Krispy Kreme yall owe me a gift card or something i don't even want 90 percent of the doughnuts.

4th attempt in the last year to order things advertised and instead of having things marked out of stock you drive all the way there to find out that 75% of what you ordered is out of stock or not made. What I don't understand is why do some items online say out of stock so you order whats available only to get there and be told they don't have it. Then when you want a refund you get attitude about it and then a receipt thrown out the window and the window is basically shut quickly on you. Honestly, its not worth trying anymore at least get it together and have your online app up to date.

I only come to this location for doughnuts. Drive over 30 min. They have the best hot doughnuts ( when sign is on) good customer service and clean establishment. Came last night got good doughnuts but gor the assortment there wasnt too much to choose from. But still had good service. Please dont change.

Love this branch... It's the factory location so you get to watch doughnuts being made. Staff tonight were great, made sure the coffee was fresh even though it was late. It's was busy enough that the extra effort was honestly, very unexpected.
