The donuts were great, but the service was slow, and they weren't busy. Poor service seems more and more common now. It appears that corporate America has gone to the point of requiring such great return on investment that staffing and/or quality is seriously suffering, and that is not just a Krispy Kreme problem.

The hours state this location closes at 11 PM. I pulled in at 10: 47PM and as I was pulling into the drive-through lane an employee walked out, stood in front of my car and told me to leave that they were closed. I asked didn’t the restaurant closed at 11 and they told me leave. Not the service I have come to expect from Krispy Kreme.

Donuts were great, hot and delicious, service was absolutely confusing, the employees, just went were they wanted, back and forth, one walking around randomly helping someone, or just disappearing, one register, then somebody shows up on the other register, just to ring up two people then disappear again, line out the door, we were next, lady just got done with people in front of us, she just starts walking around, looking at stuff, talking to different people in the back, walked by us a few times, then like comes up like we are now a priority, it was completely irritating and confusing, like they all really didn't care, got to the register, lady just opened the second one, just to disappear again before we could pay, I told my wife, we should just leave! But we didn't, maybe they were under staffed, over worked, who knows, bad experience

Zero stars..... I went there to pick up an order that was at a complete status only to find that not only was my order not complete but they were also out of 5 of the 7 types of donuts I ordered. You would think the staff would be apologetic after that. BUT NO, there was a whole attitude on both staff faces because I wouldn't settle for what was left and asked for a refund. Couldn't get printed confirmation of the order cancelation because the PRINTER WAS BROKEN. I can't say I'm not surprised since it seems like alot of things don't get done around there. Since I have to put at least one star on here it will represent the blessing of me not being able to receive my order and possibly getting sick from people not following proper hand hygiene. Going from sweeping to touching things on the counter... smh.
They are no longer open 24-7. Donuts are only hot and ready a very limited time. So

I asked for 3 lemon filled an 3 raspberry filled, which would be 2 3 pack doughnuts which is priced at $5.49, let you charge me for half a dozen which is a few dollars more. It's bad enough that prices are high as hell then instead of giving me the best price for my order, you over charge me. This is why your business is way down.

The hot and ready light was on and I was told all doughnuts were green for st Patty's day. When I went inside there were plenty of original color glazed donuts. The lady in the drive thru kept saying only cash at the drive thru but she could have rang me up on the inside register.
