Dear Marco’s Pizza Customer Service,
I am writing to file a complaint regarding a very poor experience I had with your 514 Knox Abbott Dr, Cayce SC store today.
I placed an order for delivery, which took over an hour to arrive. When I called to check on the order, I was told the driver had “tried to contact” me at the number listed, but no calls were ever made to either of my phones. Without contacting me properly, the order was canceled without my consent.
When I asked about a refund, I was told it would take 3–5 business days. While that was frustrating, I remained calm and polite. However, when I called back to reorder, the employee I spoke to was extremely unprofessional. She asked me if I was “okay” and implied that I had an attitude, which was uncalled for and inappropriate for someone handling customer service.
This entire situation was unacceptable. Not only did I not receive the food I ordered for my child and myself, but I was also treated with unnecessary rudeness. I request the following:
1. Immediate confirmation that my refund is being processed.
2. A written apology from the store regarding the way I was spoken to.
3. A customer service credit for the inconvenience caused, as a gesture of goodwill.
I hope Marco’s values its customers enough to address this matter promptly. Please confirm next steps at your earliest convenience.

They got my order wrong and never apologized. Had to drive back and did not get reimbursed and had to buy another pizza. Waste of money

I was treated extremely rude by the manager when I called to let them know that they had shorted us a pizza on a large order.

Had to tell the person taking the order my phone number 4 times before they got it right. Pizza was over an hour and a half after I got off the phone. Won’t call them ever again.

The young man that was at the pickup window was courteous, efficient and my food was hot. He returned my overpayment as well. I really appreciate the pickup window as well! Big plus!
I have to give a big shout out to Megan Paczkowski, Andre Calhoun and Zorian Mack! I picked up my order, not only was it awesome, but the customer service dynamic at this location has changed so much in a positive way! You can tell they actually care about what they are cooking/giving out to their customers. I ordered one of the meal deals, a deluxe, EXTRA crispy wings and cheesy bread - this was all on point! Usually, I have to put food in the oven once I get home from pizza spots, but not this time! Great job y'all!
Ordered an xl pizza online half pepperoni and half cheese. Got to the window and had to wait for another 20 minutes to get my pizza. Got back to work to find the whole thing had pepperoni and the crust wasn't even cut all the way through. And I have ordered this pizza many times from other Marcos and this is the greasyest pizza I have ever had.

Pizzas were good but my order was completely wrong the 1st time. They remade them both and were ready within 10 minutes
