Ordered 2 6 piece nuggets…both raw/undercooked
Same with fish sandwich undercooked. Ordered a Diet Coke and got a sweet tea instead ordered a strawberry creme pie didn’t receive it at all, only thing eatable were the fries…this job can’t be that damn hard my God. Won’t ever order from this location again

Went through drive through for a very very simple order 2 double cheeseburgers no mustard of course they had the tag that says no mustard and of course there was mustard on them. The sandwiches weren’t even wrapped in the paper just embarrassing everyone working at this McDonald’s on January 1st 2026 should be fired pure laziness from the employees literally serving non edible food I wouldn’t dare to eat these sandwiches that weren’t even wrapped in the paper the first photo shows how I received my order

Decent place to have a short stop

Used the app to order 3 meal deals. When we got back home we noticed that we didn’t have any of the nuggets. Tried to call this location twice just so we could either pick up the nuggets or get a refund and they hung up on us twice. I submitted a claim through the app because we can’t resolve the issue through the store.

I got a rock hard McRib. It was literally a brick. Unfortunately I was half way home when I opened it. Do better. Food is way too pricey to get a brick wrapped in paper that was completely inedible

I don’t understand why, but whenever it’s after 11 pm, businesses stop working when the management is off. For example, right now I’m at a McDonald’s. There is no sign saying they’re closed, I go to the window to place an order, and they tell me they’re closed. But their posted hours say they’re open 24/7.
My question is: why does everything depend on whether the management is around?

Went through the drive thru. Used app for discount on combo meal. Got to the window, was asked to pay full price. Regave the code and now there is a system error. Cannot use app codes for another 12 minutes as code was just used but price does not reflect.

This is not the first time this location has had errors in our purchase price vs app price. I'd order online for pickup, but there are timesthis place doesn't have items that are purchased through the app.

What’s the point of doing a mobile order if your order isn’t going to have what you ordered? It’s always something at this location. 6-piece nugget kids’ meal, just give them 4, I guess. Sweet and sour sauce selected, no sauce ever in the bag, but they have the nerve to want to rush you from the window. 4 drinks, no straws or napkins, lol. Slack, easiest job in the world

Running slow But consistent food was good me and my husband had the grinch meal was very pricey hard to find some where to sit all tables in dining room were dirty there was Us and a another couple sitting in dining room employees where being professional to customers

WORST SERVICE I’ve ever received at a McDonald’s. We placed the order for curbside so we could pull over and eat, then I put out stall number in and they took 15 minutes before marking it on the way, not that unusual; but then another 15 to actually bring it out to us. Then my drink was wrong, just ice and coffee, no creamer, no Carmel, nothing u payed extra for. The fries were SO SALTY. Like chunks of salt were sticking to the fries and they tasted like burnt salt. Honestly really dissatisfied in the service
