OMG!!! First and foremost, the guy at the drive thur that worked tonight had the worst customer service I've ever seen. Either you hate your job and need to find another one or receive better training. Plus, the employee didn't even listen to management he should have been TERMINATED PERIOD...

My food was know better, I should have read the reviews before I went. So please find a better location, with even better customer service.

Closed early and also only took doordash orders at the time so I had to cancel my order on the app and wait 7 days for a refund. The people were also really rude when I asked why they weren't taking orders and when I asked about their hours she just said "BYE".

So yeah garbage customer service and lazy, rude employees. Keep up the terrible work.

If you use the app don't bother going here not once has my order been ready I have to wait 30-45 mins after I arrive after placing the order 10-15 mins in advance seems it mainly happens to white people as blacks get their food within mins and leave

The manager is an African American female who is rude to the highest degree, I placed my order not understanding the pricing and she was so rude and told me that what I was purchasing was $4.69 a piece and I needed to pay for them and just rudely walked away and left her daughter to take my money, at which time I refused and spoke with another manager named Joe, Joe and GM were in the lobby when this happened and I complained to them because this isn’t the first rude encounter that I’ve had with this same manager at this same restaurant. Previously I came by to get breakfast for my daughter on her way to school and the drive thru cashier shorted me $0.29 from my change and I asked about it and this same manager yelled out that someone needs to give me a dollar because I complained about my $0.29 change and the saddest part is, this same rude manager’s mother was standing there as well and she looked at me with disdain because I was complaining to the Store manager about her daughter, sad. And what’s most concerning is that the same rude manager’s daughter is standing there watching her mother disrespect someone older than both of them, so what precedent does that set in the mindset of that child as well as other employees, I will never as long as I live, patronize this particular establishment!!! Please BEWARE!!!!

I ordered the 5 dollar meal deal and got a mcdouble, fries, chicken nuggets, and a lemonade, they all sucked the lemonade didn't taste like lemonade at all, the bread on the mcdouble was hard as a rock and the burger was cold, the chicken nuggets were stale and hard too, the only things decent was the fries and they kinda sucked to 0/10 would definitely not recommend.

I really like this location, they're food is usually good and the staff is friendly HOWEVER, the service when ordering in the store is deplorable. They will see you standing waiting to order and completely ignore you. I understand they prefer customers use the kiosk, but that is not possible when using certain promotions the brand offers. If we are not allowed to order in the restaurant, don't give the option, but if you offer service indoors, those customers should also be given priority, not just mobile, drive in and kiosk orders.

I give no stars for this McDonald's the food is cold the service sucks I just left there I get 30 mins for lunch I use the app so my food would be ready when I get there and I put my order in like about 30 before I leave for my lunch well its not ready when I get there and then when I get it it's not right then by the time I get it I have to go back to work and I said something about it and the girl that works there told me she didn't care , Real nice Altitude for any restaurant telling the customer the she don't care so if you're in a hurry and you want good hot food DONT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S CAUSE THEY DONT CARE
