Updated 3/24They must be under new management because this is by far the best McDonalds in Columbia! Never out of anything and food is fresh, fast and delicious. Morning only, though? Afternoon different as Always check your order BEFORE you drive off. They not so good about getting your order right at all?

If they tell you to wait at a reserved spot, good luck. They will either take forever or just forget about you
Yes it's a busy Friday evening however they should be able to handle the steady flow. Fries are cool & greasy. Chicken nuggets are mildly warm. Very dissatisfied. Not reordering since I don't have another 20 minutes to wait.

If it’s past about 7:30 pm I have learned to not bother coming to this location . I sat in the drive thru 10 min before I gave up on getting my order taken (I was the only one at the drive thru) as I rode around the building to leave there’s nobody at the first window but two people at the second window BIG CHILLIN . Second time this has happened within a week . So I guess they stall you out at the window in hopes you will leave . Only thing that saved them from a stone cold cuss out is that I didn’t use my mobile app and hadnt already paid for my food yet because at that point I would’ve needed my money back immediately whether they wanted to talk on the drive thru mic or not .If u short staffed ..cool but don’t ignore ppl cause you don’t wanna work .

No pickles apparently means extra pickles. It’s not hard to read the screen when orders are being placed. Super annoying since I was in a hurry and couldn’t turn around to have my order made correctly.
