My oldest daughter vow to never eat from here again because the first and last time we had pizza delivered there was a fly in our pizza...Took a chance and ordered here again because Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place and We were celebrating my daughter's birthday at Summit trampoline park. Well I walked in and a tall, black man came from the back never greeted me I said "hello! I'm picking up an order" confirmed my name, gave my total, food, and receipt. And manage to mumble "have a good day". The name on the receipt said Maurio... We're hungry so my daughter opens the box and finds a long black hair in the corner SMDH This was our very last order from this location.

Worse service ever. Drivers don't know what they are doing. Says they don't have this but instead of calling they bring food with no drinks then wait 20 mins for them bring back drinks. Will not be ordering from here again and don't recommend for anyone

The pizza hut it's self is great but I order the pizza a little late but that's only cause it took two hours to order on line,then it still didn't go thru it was not my card cause there was money on it.but by the time I Findley got someone on the phone ,they only had 15 min to cook it and deliver it .I called at 11:40 they was at the motel door at11:56 and it's a 7 min drive .I still ripped the driver,and the pizza was all most raw.all the toppings slid off when I pick a peace up from box,so I could do nothing,they was closed .just a warning ,don't order on line or rt before they close.maybe they will fix me another one ,and make it rt.ill let yal no.tks,,,,,,,"DONT ORDER LATE"⚒️ THE HAMMER ⚒️

The pizza is always good. Would just like to know what the extra $5 delivery fee is for if the driver is not getting it. I have asked several times and the employees and drivers keep telling me they don't know what the fee is for because the drivers don't get it, they are tipped separately.

This is the second time I never get the sauce I order. The last time bread was hard and cold this time bread was good but the pasta was burnt black all on top it taste burnt and if u scrap off the burnt stuff then that's all ur chicken. It was horrible. It does no good to call them no one ever calls back. I used to order all the time. Now I literally got pray before I order.

The location in Cayce SC is amazing! Always on time, the drivers are super sweet, passing out thank yous & smiles ? The Food! Always hot, made just the way we order, & DELICIOUS ?. We order from them twice or more a week...

The pizza and staff are great. I have always loved Pizza Hut over all others but the people at this store are genuine which makes the experience delightful.
