Horrible. The only word suitable. Not busy at all for a Friday evening with only about 1/4 of place taken up. We were seated pretty quickly. Waitress took our order for an appetizer and the entrees fast as well. It took an additional 40 minutes to be informed the appetizer was not available. Then another 15 minutes before the food came out. When the food finally came we had to ask for silverware. This took another 10 minutes of waiting while the food was now getting cold. We had 3 people in our party. ALL of the food was overcooked. The fish on one plate was burned to the point of being a rock and not breaking when hit on the plate. The broccoli was mush. The crablegs were so overdone that they simply shredded and wouldn’t come off the shell. We were never asked how the food was. We were never offered a drink refill. Then when the bill came it still had the appetizer on it that we never received because they said they were out. When we asked to speak to a manager, she said she would take the appetizer off. DUH! We are not paying for something we did not receive. She then took the drinks off but charged full price for all of the food that was inedible. Very disappointing and will not be returning.

Went there Sunday. Waited over an hour for our food. Sons steak was well done when it was ordered medium rare. Lobster tail was dry, and side came out 10 minutes later. Husband's food was perfect. I sat watching them eat for 10 minutes before my food came. No refills, nothing. I will never be coming back

Waited 25min to be seated to an empty restaurant but all the silverware was being put to together by 5 people on their phones then took 2.5 hours to get our food. So when they start closing these down they will easily be the first to go

Perhaps this was one location they should reconsider leaving open. The restaurant was not very busy on Memorial Day but you could not tell by the lengthy wait for everything and the lack of cleanliness. Everything felt sticky!We were sat shortly after arriving. Took about 20 minutes before we saw signs of a server. The tables around us (and ours) were dirty. 30 minutes after we were sat we got our drinks and then the biscuits. The restaurant did not have clean/rolled silverware so they kindly provide plastic to-go silverware until they had time to roll silverware for four.Food arrived 55 minutes after ordering.The tails were still on in the shrimp linguini even though we specifically asked whether the pasta was served with shrimp with the tails on. The coconut shrimp were fried too long to be edible. The server promptly swapped those out.Overall the quality of this location does not align with the price. Both kids and my wife asked to stop at Freddy's for a burger in the way home.

Parking: Lots of parking here. That should have been a sign we heeded....

Food was good our server was great but some of the others were a bit overwhelmed. Staffing seemed short and affected some of the normal atmosphere of this restaurant.

Absolutely terrible. I wanted to try Red Lobster, so I went to this location after work. I walk in, and I think there was a grand total of one table occupied, but the hostess says to me "let me see if I can find you a table." She comes back a few minutes later, and seats me at a table that's covered in crumbs, dressing, and water marks. Meanwhile there were a bunch of waiters standing around, so its not like they were too busy to wipe down a table. I got up and walked right out the door, I wasn't even going to bother with it. I've heard that Red Lobster is nasty, but wanted to give it a chance. Oh well, it lived up to its reputation at least.

A great place to have dinner! (Along with it being close to home) they had a great selection on the menu, friendly staff, (like the manager, Tami), a great atmosphere, and were quick with food. I'll most definitely be eating here again!

We just went to dine in 8:05 pm Thursday 5/16/24 and the hostess did seat us after a couple of minutes, but we sat at our table for over 10 minutes with no one acknowledging us or even stopping to say they will be with us in just a minute and the restaurant was almost empty and at least 4 or 5 employees and servers kept walking by so we got up and left. Also the cleanliness was awful. I have not been to Red Lobster in years and I don't plan on going back.

We visited this location to celebrate my Grandmother's 91st birthday. The visit started off a little slow because waited about 10 minutes before the hostess returned to her station to greet us. It took another 10 - 15 minutes to be seated & a few more minutes to be waited on. Now at this point I was ready to bounce but my Grandma chose this place so we decided to stay and I'm glad we did! In walked the most AMAZING manager/server who apologized for the wait & provided us with the BEST service I've had in a while. I want to thank VINNY aka Vincent S. for turning the service & experience to an AWESOME one! Vinny took EXCELLENT care of our group of 9. After Vinny stepped on the scene, our beverages & cheese biscuits started flowing & the fun & laughter began. Vinny made sure we had everything we needed and that I really appreciate. The lemonades were delicious, appetizers & food were both hot & fresh & Vinny was hilarious!! He made my Grandmother's birthday lunch EXTRA EXTRA SPECIAL! When you visit this location, please be sure to say hello to Vinny!!
