Kitchen music was louder than the dining area, food took over an hour and was disgusting, burnt and over cooked. And I guess the kitchen staff decided my children should learn some new vocabulary, so decided it was a good time to be cursing and screaming at each other

We went in the afternoon. We had the sweet chili octopus. It was really good. I was thinking of another dish when we ordered this, but it exceeded my expectations! We had the 3 shrimp deal and everything was so awesome we had to bring some home with us. The server was very understanding and we each got a dessert to go home with! I recommend this location. And the music has me dancing in my seat! But I'm just weird like that!

Would NOT recommend unless you want to be treated horribly. I could understand if the restaurant were busy, but was not. Plenty of staff, no care attitude. No drink order or even been spoken to by waiter after being seated for 20 minutes. Waiter only had 2 other tables, that were about to leave, by the way. I do appreciate the bad service, because we left and went to a different establishment that was awesome.....

The server was very attentive. The food was delicious, and we look forward to dining again. However, the men's restroom ? needed some very special attention, and the dining area could've been cleaner (ie. Carpet, dishes left on several tables.

First of all if i could give a zero I would do that. When they seated us no one came over to the table for 30 minutes. Then after we asked the hostess who was our server then things started happening.The server was then told he had the area wewas sitting. He apologized and said he didn'tknow he had our table. I don't blame him for theslow service! So after the server took our orderwe waited another 20 minutes before we askedto speak to a manager The manager came outand said our order was in and shortly after thatwe had water to drink and hot bread! So thefood started coming out everything seemed likeit was going well. My mom then noticed shedidn't get her scallops. We told the server aboutit and he said let him go back to the kitchen. Hecame back to the table and said his managersaid she made the plates herself and it wasscallops on the platel!! So in other words you arecalling my mom a liar!! We then asked to speakwith the manager again. She would not come back out to the table!!So this is why l'm writingthis review. I will never go back to Red lobster!!Our bill was about $250. And left a $50 tip. Notthat my service wad good but because theserver had to pay his bills. I will be letting all ofmv familv friends coworkers church members not to eat at the Red Lobster in Cayce. The manager there calls my mother a liar and would never come back out to address the problem. SMDH ?! I will also be calling the corporate office to voice my complaint.

Terrible! Do not go here unless you have 2 hours to wait for your food and at least 30 minutes to wait for your ordered drinks. Less than 1/3 of the resteraunt was full, yet people couldn't get the drinks they ordered within 20 minutes. We were sat, but did not see a waitress at our table in over 20 minutes. The waitress we were supposed to have only had one table to serve, but she was so busy with them that she couldn't add a second to her workload. Her tables' food also came out after a long wait and burnt. The staff wanted to blame the kitchen for being slow, but when they don't have drinks going to patrons, how is that the kitchen? The servers were standing around chatting and faning themselves because they didn't think they had much to do. Tried to wait, but heard our waitress complain to the hostess that she couldn't handle a second table, and how mad she was that we kept looking at her waiting for someone to come take even our drink order. Figured it was time to leave.

My son and I dined in for some 1 on 1 quality time. Alecia was our waitress and she did a marvelous job. Anything we needed she was prompt in returning. I tried the Shrimp and Grits. Very well seasoned however it was a lot of oil in the bowl.

Wife and I got the lobster duo, bad idea!! Way over cooked, very tough. Our dog loved it. Spent over $100 for a good salad& biscuits. Waited 45 minutes for a glass of water. We were both disappointed.
