The food was cold. The hot dogs were hard. There were no utensils or napkins in the bag. I asked for extra ketchup and was told it was in the bottom of the bag. There was not 1 single pack. Don't waste your money here. The food is unedible .

The lad on the car hop mic was absolutely amazing, said she was a wizard which is a good thing in the sonic world, I have a master in the kitchen or a black shirt. On the other hand! The car hop that delivered the food, and took the payment, 75 on 69, so I tipped. Had the worst attitude I’ve seen a sonic employee ever have, at least and still have a job. The Sonic on Harbison or chapin would NEVER. Granted the lady I’m referring to just got in her car and left, maybe the owner of the store will do something about it. I have a description of her and her car if you would like to correct your employee… Sonic boom has standards. Not to mention she would have failed a secret shop if I was one…

It’s getting really sad when you go through drive thru to only have to pull up. I asked why . Because they make it fresh and she admitted they’re timed for 3 minutes. New spot and just like all the others they are slow. Learn from chic fil a or make menu smaller if you cannot support it. I guess I pissed off the lady working the window when I asked why I had to pull up because I got one, count it one napkin. She also let the car behind me stay at the window so I guess it’s only a subjective thing.

Stop here for a late night dinner have to say the entire meal was HORRIBLE..THE SLUSH WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO BE RED DRAGON SLUSH WAS MOSTLY ICE N A DAP OF FLAVOR...THE NUMBER 6 COMBO I ORDER ...TOTS WERE LUKE WARM AND THE SANDWICH WAS DOWN RIGHT HORRIBLE...SORRY BUT DEFINITELY NOT STOPPING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT ANYMORE..THE FOOD AND DRINK QUALITY ESTABLISHMENT THAT RESOLUTION FOR ME🫡

For the price you pay, the food quality has been unacceptable lately. My wife and I have been disappointed the last 3 times we went. For example, the end of a corndog was burnt bad enough to hollow out.
