NOT 24hrs!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Absolutely horrible experience. Took all the orders ahead of me but decided to tell me they're now closed and not taking anymore orders "to get ready for tomorrow"..... What kind of insane poor service is that? Then the employee decided to argue with me on the loud speaker. I'm absolutely astounded and I will NOT be coming back.

****THIS SONIC IS NOT 24 HOURS.**** Got there about 3:35am on Thursday November 21st. They took the car in front of me, but when I went to order, the worker said "oh sorry, we are not accepting any more orders at this time" Asked the guy why won't they take my order, I thought they are 24hours. He replied that they had to get prepped for the next day. I guess my pregnant self won't be getting any sonic. Won't go here ever again.
Lai was a FANTASTIC TEAM MEMBER. It was my birthday and she made me feel special! I look forward to having her as a customer advocate in the future! I mentioned what the web did and she said, "Honey, we have that and can get it for you!" I'll definitely do this as my birthday date again. We NEVER do fast foods for birthdays but I had a craving this year! Thank you Lai and Sonic! Make sure SHE KNOWS THIS. That's how you KEEP people!!!

Swung in for a drink and some fries. I had no idea that Sonic even had a dining room. Was a nice setting and food came out pretty quick.

Where is place to go to at night? They never get your order right especially the guy with the hat on that looks gay. He gets on my last nerves. He never gets my order right he’s always there either at night or during mid shift. He always gets the orders wrong and but think everything‘s funny

You sent 5 cars out of the drive through without food to just sit in the parking lot and wait, I then watched the person with my food literally give it to someone who then had to tell them uhhh this isn’t my food. The person then full squished my coney picking it back up immediately used the same hand still holding my food to wipe snot from her nose. I will not return to this sonic. Absolute trash store. Food was all cold too but I mean hey it’s 12 in the afternoon how could you know someone would order a hot dog….
