Just left that establishment and ordered the number 1 combo per usual. First and foremost the young lady name destiny handed me the wrong order from the start. Secondly, when I got my order I didn’t ask for a smash burger but the cheese burger combo. Checked the burger and was giving the wrong burger. There manager on duty was very aggressive and argumentative. I asked for her managers information and she refused to give. On top of that I requested a refund and she acted as if she isn’t want to provide it. I’m not sure how she’s use to handling customers but her attitude and disposition was unacceptable. I will be doing a follow- up call to her manager Kayla and their corporate office asap.

Took all the orders ahead of me but decided to tell me they're now closed and not taking anymore orders "to get ready for tomorrow"..... What kind of insane poor service is that? Then the employee decided to argue with me on the loud speaker. I'm absolutely astounded and I will NOT be coming back.

****THIS SONIC IS NOT 24 HOURS.**** Got there about 3:35am on Thursday November 21st. They took the car in front of me, but when I went to order, the worker said "oh sorry, we are not accepting any more orders at this time" Asked the guy why won't they take my order, I thought they are 24hours. He replied that they had to get prepped for the next day. I guess my pregnant self won't be getting any sonic. Won't go here ever again.
Lai was a FANTASTIC TEAM MEMBER. It was my birthday and she made me feel special! I look forward to having her as a customer advocate in the future! I mentioned what the web did and she said, "Honey, we have that and can get it for you!" I'll definitely do this as my birthday date again. We NEVER do fast foods for birthdays but I had a craving this year! Thank you Lai and Sonic! Make sure SHE KNOWS THIS. That's how you KEEP people!!!
