My coffee is secondary to the friendly enthusiasm I receive from my morning orders. I aprecaite the diverse team members and there friendly demeaner. KUDOS to the Knox Abbott management and staff!

Umm, for $6.59, Imma need my cup filled to the brim with matcha! The matcha taste was there, finally! In the past, this location has "watered" down the matcha quite a bit. Guess a customer cant have it all---not watered down & filled to brim. Oh well, maybe one of these days.

They keep serving spoiled oat milk.
Literally walked in and showed them it was curdled and smelled bad. They just said the policy is that if the dates good then they sell it regardless.
This has happened three times in the past two weeks.
