I did a Mobile order well before we got there we went through the drive thru and were told they were still working on our order, so it took longer than it should have also mine was extremely milky. I ordered an 11 pump Venti Chai with soy lite ice and 2 shots. I go to multiple Starbucks and this was almost the worst! My Husband’s drink was a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino no whipped cream! His drink barely had any Caramel and he said it was Horrible! And he doesn’t generally complain! Order was approx $18.

Stopped by Starbucks this morning for my usual Carmel macchiato hot, it was barely hot and it was weak tasted like water with Carmel in it, when asked to remake it I got attitude and it still tasted like water never will go here again!

Waited for someone to show up from back to take order for a while, but nobody working drive thru said a word just ignored us at the counter.. .. Then same person went to the back a while, came out on their phone and made our drink. Just not normal service I see at other locations probably a generational thing..

Just left from the drive thru at 2:35 pm the girl at the window was very rude and nasty. Customer service is trash . How can you get a simple order wrong. A brownie and 3 cup of waters (how hard is that order ) SMH. Yall need to hire better employees cause that's ridiculous.
